Allsafe was recommended by a friend. I called and got an appointment to check my stove & Refrigerator for repairs and bulb replacement. Adam came out and called with a 30 minute time of arrival. He was an expert in diagnosing and replacing parts needed for my models. I highly recommended Allsafe and the kind gentleman they employ.

Very bad experience with Allsafe Appliance Repair (Burbank). Amir was unprofessional, poor communication, and the repair was not done properly. Would not recommend.

Vic is the Technician who came to fix my LG Dryer he was very nice and professional, he explained the problems and had to return another date with new parts he had to order...upon return a few days later he once again was very nice, and he repaired the machine. The price was certainly reasonable compared to a new machine and I will call the company again if the need arises.. thank you Vic and Allsafe

When Todd of All Safe came by 3-8 hours late tonight to deliver and install the parts we paid for to repair our refrigerator, we felt threatened by him. He was unhinged, and we asked him to leave, as we did not feel safe. We videotaped his outrage, as he packed up and left, taking the parts we had bought with him. He was hired to fix our fridge, not threaten us. I would give him a -5 review.

My husband and I are very happy with the service of technician Todd Khani. He answered to our call promptly and was very puntual to the set appointment. Brought all the necessary tools to fix our refrigerator. He was very organized and presentable. He explained in detail the issue of our freezer and was very careful not only working on it, but with also with everything around, our walls, our counter, our sink, even our floors. He wore shoe covers. We strongly recommend his/their service. Fair price👍🏻

The repair technician came out and did a great job repairing a leaking Bosch dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem quickly and communicated clearly through the whole process which included finding a genuine replacement part. He was prompt and clear about costs. I would definitely call this service again.

Stay away from them. They rip you off for sure. Harry charged my credit card twice and refused to refund it back. I called my bank and got it back. These guys are thieves.

Please do not call them based on reviews. I was cheated like that. They lie about the parts. A simple $5 part was sold for $450. These guys are horrible.

I highly recommend this business. It was easy to make an appointment, I was able to choose the time frame that was convenient for me. Hovhannes was the technician that came out to check the loud noise on my LG dryer. Just by listening to the noise, he was able to tell me what was wrong. (A roller) He gave me an estimate, explained what he was going to do and schedule me right away to come and repair it. The thing I really like about Hovhannes is that he texted me when he was in the way so I was ready. When he opened the dryer he showed me the part that he change, which was exactly what he had told to from the beginning. Customer service is great.

I experienced the best customer service by far from Todd!! I had complications with my freezer and the fan attached to my icemaker. Todd resolved all of my problems , removed all ice, and replaced my broken fan. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work as well as the timing and efficiency. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family, as this is the top quality that is dying breed.

This company does not care about its customers. It has no interest to listen to its customers and do everything in its power to resolve their problems. I am not sure if all its technicians ignore customers' calls and appeals, the one technician I have been working with did ignore my numerous calls I made. I want this review of mine to remain in
"ALL SAFE APPLIANCES REPAIR company so that existing and or future customers read and know and decide for themselves to go or avoid working with them.
