Our first time calling on Cold Craft to service our rental property failing furnace that needed to be assessed and/or replaced. Cold Craft was very responsive and quickly sent a tech to the property to review the problem.
Being very courteous to the tenant and minimizing impact on her, he was able to verify and recommend we replace the entire unit, explaining the age, efficiency, and danger aspects of the furnace, we agreed to replace it. Cold Craft quickly provided estimates of a couple of options for us to choose from. Pricing was fair, and the install and follow thru was exceptional, professional, and efficient.
We are extremely pleased customers of Cold Craft and will now always reach out to them first for all our HVAC needs for our home and our rental properties.

Hired for wine cellar in 2022. Product did not work for more than 2 months at a time. Always an excuse. Owner, Daryl, completely unresponsive. Does not stand by its products. I’d give this company zero stars if i could.

I hired this company to fix an air conditioning issue. They came out many times and tried various things (trial and error) and invoiced me each time for incremental work. I looked up their company license and found out that their license was suspended at the time of service! Do not use this company!

From beginning to end, probably the worst experience I’ve had hiring company.

When I sae the problem in the heater, I worried about the cold weather. I knew typically I had to wait more day to make schedule. But he fixed the problem quickly at the same day. He was professional and did not delay.

Great family business. Very competitive bid and they were able to start right away. We had a large construction addition to our house that included 2 units for the main house with all new ductwork and a mini split for the attached ADU. All the work was done correctly and neatly. All inspections passed on first attempt and passed HERS test with room to spare. HERS rater commented on how good the work was.

Owner gave us options and recommendations without being pushy. Employees were professional and worked hard throughout the project. They showed up when scheduled and did things the right way.

I highly recommend Torres HVAC Services. If I ever need services again they will be my first and only call!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! This family owned and operated business just installed a 2 way heat pump (which also acts as A/C) at our home. They were prompt and courteous, extremely diligent, and cleaned up at the end of each day. When we ran into a problem getting it up and running due to our old electrical panel not being compatible with the new it circuit breakers, the owner drove 30 miles to find the right part he came to our house well after the workday should have ended, and got the AC up and running during a massive heat wave. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Luis is a lifesaver! Tried finding an AC company on the hottest day of the year. Everyone was booked for days :( Luis Torres was the only technician to call me back. After speaking about the issue he was able to stop by within 15 mins. After diagnosing the problem he was able to narrow it down to a faulty condenser. Less than an hour after arriving the issue was resolved and I had AC again! Many thanks to Luis for his prompt service and patience in explaining the issue to me.

We decided to take the leap and replace our 23 year old gas furnace and AC system with a heat pump. We go three bids. This company's bid was a bit lower than the others, but they also came through with the most comprehensive solution. They did a deep inspection of everything prior to the bid, where the other companies just did a quick/shallow inspection. I believe they provided us with higher quality equipment than the other bids, and the did a better job making sure we had enough airflow (our previous system was lacking in that area). The new system does a much better job, and uses a lot less electricity. I would not hesitate to recommend Luis Torres and his staff.

I have an old flume that the previous owner had installed for the water heater. The water heater is in the basement and I live on a hill so this flume went on for about 20 feet and you needed a ladder to get to it. I talked to a few plumbers and HVAC guys, two flat out refused to work on it saying it wasn't worth their time.
Luis took a look gave me a reasonable quote and his guys got to work quickly.

Miguel and Reyes did the job in one afternoon and didn't even leave a trace of dirt behind. Even my wife who is picky was impressed at how clean they left their work area. It's hard to find quality service companies in the Bay Area Luis and his team are that hard to find company.

Torres Heating and Cooling came to my office on a Friday for same-day service after my AC stopped working. I was worried I’d need a whole new system, but he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly, and had everything up and running the same day. Professional, honest, and no upselling—just great service. Highly recommend!

Luis has installed 2 heat pumps for me in the last 2 years. Although we had a brief problem with one, Luis was Johnny on the spot. He responded quickly and fixed it right (no charge because under warranty). If I need further HVAC services, I will definitely cal Luis.
