These guys from Skyrocket are good! especially Dave! we have a gas furnace and there was a gas leak from our furnace for several months. No one could figure out where it was coming from. But Dave did it! He was very thorough, careful and found the problem. How could he do it? I see his huge experience and knowledge. and such a Master must have a Talent! I see he has! It's not enough to be very good at understanding the furnaces, it is important to have logical thinking and experience. Of course, David with him had all the necessary equipment, and a gas analyzer, and a pressure gauge, and all this also helped him. But watching his work, I saw that a person does not rush about in panic, looking for a malfunction, but follows a certain algorithm. In a sequence known to him, he checks and discards various possible causes of a malfunction — this is how he found our leak!

I needed a/c repair and found Skyrocket. My Bryant a/c stopped cooling. Compressor fan blade was running, fuses are OK, thermostat is OK, but no cold air. They told me that it could be a motor issue or lack of freon. The guy from your company checked the motor and the compressor first, it was OK. Than he checked the pressure and refilled freon. The price was fair: labor fee and for the coolant (per pound). Quality job, highly recommend!

Hello! Broken dryer of a stacked unit has no heat. I called Skyrocket. A young fellow repairman arrived. Very neatly dressed and very polite. About the possible causes of damage I was told by phone. And now the diagnosis took quite a bit of time. The repairman quickly replaced the burned out heater. I was surprised how clearly he worked, how carefully he hold his tools in the bag. Of course, I asked about the job warranty. It turned out that there is a guarantee, and if something happens to the repaired parts, it will be eliminated for free. I can recommend Skyrocket!

Called Skyrocket to install the furnace. Phoned several companies. Everywhere the nearest installation date was a week later. Skyrocket offered to come in 2 days. But the next day they called me and asked to postpone the installation date for another 2 days. I had to agree, although I really did not like it. Fortunately, the date was no longer transferred. And on Thursday, two guys came to install the furnace. The guys did a great job. The furnace is amazing, the house has become warm and cozy. But I give 4 starsto Skyrocket for the date transfer. It is clear that the guys have a lot of orders, but this does not comfort me. Thank you for warning in advance about moving the date of installation.

I called Skyrocket repair & made appointment yesterday morning and asked to visit me the same day, the tech arrived at 4.30PM. He spent the rest of the day troubleshooting issues with my hvac. He obviously knew the system inside and out. but there were several troubles, that's why it took some hours. From this interaction with this company, I would recommend Skyrocket repair to everyone here. They exceeded my expectations!

New Year is a time for good deeds! Skyrocket does good deeds, and I promised them to leave a review about it! It so happened that my washing machine broke down shortly before Christmas. I tried to find repairmen, but all orders are scheduled for the week ahead, and no one works for Christmas, not even me. In Skyrocket, they found time for me and we scheduled a repair for December 26th. I was afraid that a repairman “tired” after the holidays would come and fix it so that I would have to buy a new washer. But an energetic guy came, quickly identified the malfunction and eliminated it. I did not even have time to accumulate a lot of dirty laundry, and the machine has already been repaired!
