Amazing work done by David. He did a recharge of refrigerant 410A to our Carrier unit based on the roof. He evaluated the leak and fixed by replacing the service valve. Now temperature inside the condo dropped to 72 degrees.

David was amazing to work with when replacing the capacitor on our AC compressor!

After a site visit, Brent, the salesman, gave me an estimate for an electrical panel upgrade of about $5,000. I signed a contract and paid a deposit to have this company do the work. The electrician, Derik, came out to see the site snd said they could not do the work for the price in the estimate. The next day I got an email from Brent saying the cost of the project had to increase by an additional $11,000. When I called Brent, he said he had made a mistake. I asked if this was a bait and switch scheme. He got angry and said maybe I should find another company. I agreed. They did refund my deposit

I requested a quotation from Bellows for storm damage repairs at my workplace. They scheduled me promptly and provided a thorough and complete quotation. Due to the urgent nature of the repairs (no electricity in building), we went with a company that could do the work right away.

Not the best experience with the technician that arrived. He was unprepared and wasn't sure of the company policy regarding warranty for parts. But the people on the phone and in the office have been good about doing what they said they would and honoring manufacturer warranties.

Nate was very thorough and helpful. He tested the connections before finishing. He also explained a lot about Bellow’s services; he is very knowledgeable about these other services. And we had a very nice conversation while he worked.

Bellows is the best of the best. Always very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Jake, the technician who came to repair the wiring damaged by rat, and rewrapped the insulation, did an excellent job and is very nice.

Ordered a replacement heating furnace from this Costco contractor. The installation went well tho it took two days instead of one because they were understaffed. The work quality was good and clean. The 2 stage Lennox furnace installed was super quiet compare to my old noisy furnace. Very happy with that. However, the sales process wasn't so good. The salesman made mistake with the quote, I had to sign twice. Installation schedule was delayed a week. Pre-install site inspection was late also.

Wow, who knew customer service still existed. Needed a new AC unit and these guys were referred via Costco.

They came to fix the issues I was having after I had another company come clean my tankless water heater. They were so responsive and really explained how this other company almost broke our plumbing system. They also were great at suggesting things we should be doing differently based on where we live. If you live in the mountains--this company is really knowledgeable about the issues you might run into! Highly recommend them!

I contracted with this company through Costco when my central air unit stopped working during a heat wave. Right away this company reached out to set up an appointment and schedule the installation. The installation crew was prompt, professional and did a great job removing my old AC unit and installing the new system. Highly recommend.

Nick and Jake did an excellent job installing two furnaces in my home; whole team at Bellows was good to work with; very professional and responsive. The Costco/Bellows partnership worked seamlessly, and pleased with the Lennox heating system. I recommend them. I recommend they use booties going into homes as many contractors do.

The tech called 15 minutes away, arrived on time. Went right to work, identified the problem and fixed my furnace. He checked his work, tested the heat for carbon monoxide and checked my thermostat. He offered advice on how to avoid problems and extend the life of my heater. He only charged me for the basic, minimum service fee.
BTW, my neighbor HIGHLY recommended Bellows for some plumbing work she had them do.
