My experience with Skyrocket HVAC, thanks to George and David, was top-notch. They installed a mini-split system with two panels in two rooms, and I couldn't be happier. The installation was quick and problem-free, and when they left, you wouldn't even know they'd been there - they left the place spotless. I can't recommend George and David at Skyrocket HVAC & Appliance Repair enough. If you're in Milpitas and need HVAC work, these guys are the ones to call !

Great price, Great service, No pressure! After bidding to multiple companies, I chose Skyrocket to replace my heater. George was honest and upfront about the options and prices for replacing the old unit. I was so impressed with what he and the David’s team offered, I decided to replace my second unit as well. George made sure I was aware of the full process and checked-in throughout the installation to ensure everything went smoothly. David with Skyrocket HVAC came to my home on short notice to service my heat pump which had stopped cooling the house after only one and a half years. He was courteous, neat, professional, knowlegeable and kind. I appreciated that he called ahead to let me know his arrival time was a little later than expected. He and Skyrocket went the extra mile to squeeze us in during a heat wave. He worked late into the night until 9PM, not charging for overtime. Super reasonable rates. I will definitely be calling Skyrocket and David in the future and highly recommend them as honest, fair, good work!

My entire interaction with Skyrocket was excellent! One of my True refrigerator units in the restaurant went out and I contacted Skyrocket for a quote. They responded almost immediately with an offer to come out and diagnose the problem on the same day. I had to reschedule for a couple days later, but Sam showed up when he said he would, troubleshooted the issue, and gave me options on repairing the unit. He listened to my concerns and, as promised, e-mailed me quote at the following morning.
The prices quoted for the repair was way lower than a quote I had gotten from another company. I approved the repair and within 2 days Sam and David was able to come out and do the replacement of the compressor. Labor cost less than what another company quoted for about 50%! Plus you get a Yelp discount if you found them through Yelp (I did!)
My staff were there through the process and by the time I went down to the restaurant to check on them later, the refrigerator was up and running. Everybody on kitchen seemed extremely happy with their work and the service. Plus now they gave me 1 year warranty for the part and the labor. I highly recommend Skyrocket HVAC & Appliance repair for your needs.

I called Skyrocket for the second time and it was the same great service as it was 2 years ago. Mary was friendly and could schedule an inspection of the furnace for the same day. I just gave my rental property address and tenants information and David called me with all the details, answered all my questions and gave me a fair price. Next day they got a part and replaced the gas valve on the furnace. My tenants are happy, I’ve paid the invoice online and will recommend Skyrocket to all my friends.

Called Skyrocket to install a new a/c. It was a difficult install, but the great expertise of Dave did it. Skyrocket are great! From their office staff to their technicians all are competent and professional. Never have I had a service person come into my home and put on booties so they would not track in dirt! Their lady in customer service was very pleasant! She even laughed at my humour.

Outstanding work! I really appreciate the experienced competent specialists. I watched the work of David from the Skyrocket and realized that he was just such a repairman - experienced, patient, thoughtful. When installing the air conditioner, it is important not to rush and do everything carefully according to the instructions. David did just that. He did not hurry to go to another order, and devoted enough time to my air conditioner. Work done carefully. During installation, there was a lot of garbage, scraps of wires and tubes, but David himself took it all away. I saved Skyrocket's card - if I need a repair, I will contact them definitely!

My LG fridge decided to stop cooling, and Skyrocket came to the rescue super fast. The tech was friendly and tidy, figured it out fast, and replaced the broken part with a new one, which he already had it in his truck. So he didn’t spend half a day going back and forth like some others do. Very straightforward and easy. I’m glad I chose this company, I will call again if something breaks.

I called to Skyrocket about my refrigerator, that stopped cooling. They send me a technician same day, in two hours. Dispatcher was nice and very informative, technician came and fixed the issue same day, by replacing the thermostat. And saved a lot of food in my fridge. Phenomenal service. Highly recommend.

My freezer was acting up, so I called the company to get it checked. The technician was prompt and an appointment was given on the same day. He addressed the issue to us. We receive text message from Mary

Our AC went out in the middle of a super hot day. Skyrocket was able to come on the same day (Saturday) and diagnose our system. After fixing the capacitor on our Lennox system, everything was back to normal. They also check the refrigerant levels to make sure the pressure was right.
