Skyrocket’s refrigeration service is top notch! I gave them a call because I had some troubles with my Trane refrigerator on the backyard. Something was wrong with it and food started spoiling. Water came out from the bottom. I had no idea what was happened. So I called them to made an emergency appointment. Russ sent technician in 30 minutes and I was so thankful for that! George fixed broken control board and replaced relay on it. Glad he had all parts with him and compressor started running after 40 minutes! They saved all food for hundred dollars!

Hi, I’m from evergreen San Jose. I planned to install a new AC and haul off the old one. I asked my friends to recommend me a company specializing on HVAC. Several men told me about Skyrocket – so I called them. We made an appointment on Tuesday. they arrived without delay with a huge bag of tools. The work was not difficult, but painstaking. First, the guys dismantled the old air conditioner, then scrupulously fixed and connected a new one. Very neat work! They gave me a warranty and a discount for maintainance. How did I find Skyrocket? I saw their ad about furnace repair for $245. I had problems with the heater (although it was still working), but I still postponed the call of the master, because I was afraid that there would be an expensive repair. But when I learned that there were fixed prices in Skyrocket, I immediately called them, clarified the details and arranged the visit of the master. For the diagnostics came David. I immediately liked him, he is a very nice guy in communication. After the diagnosis, David replaced the Fan limit control. I paid as agreed - 245 for repairs and another for spare parts. I am pleased with the repair, Skyrocket and David and I can recommend them to everyone!

One of the homes we listed has a broken downdraft. After searching Yelp, we decided to give Skyrocket a try since they have great reviews and the availability is sooner than others. The community from the office personal to the technician was great. We were lucky enough to get the technician named Nayel. What an awesome person to work with. He found out the problem and ordered the part for us. He was very throughout, sharp, friendly and funny. He took time to explain everything to us. When the part arrived a few days later, he came back and spent hours to make sure everything was working fine. He not only replaced the broken part but also readjusted the downdraft to make sure it moves up and down smoothly so prevent any future issues. He was very respectful of the home and cleaned everything up before he left.
We are very glad we found Skyrocket online and had a chance to work with Nayel. He and this company will be the one we call from now on to fix all of our appliance issues.

The repair man was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the capacitor is worn out and replaced in Bryant rooftop unit. All was completed in one hour or less.

From diagnostic to completion was a week - only to wait for the necessary replacement parts. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was super responsive via text once I had my appointment scheduled. David was the technician who helped me. Like others have already commented, he was very easy to work with and fun to chat with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Skyrocket again.

I'm a single mom and we don't have any hot water in the house because our heater stopped working. It's awful when you have 2 children! I have a Kenmore Power Mister 9 water heater, and the pilot light won't stay on. My dad said it could be the burner, has ordered the part, but he's not sure. So I called Skyrocket to fix the heater as soon as possible. It turned out my dad was right. So the tech from Skyrocket replaced the part and tuned everything professionaly. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and immediately knew what the fix was upon seeing our unit. I'm definitely requesting him again for our next job. I had just an amazing experience with Skyrocket!
We recently moved in and immediately got an issue with the old heater. George came and we were surprised how gentle, polite and professional technician can be! He replaced gas valve and we saw how difficult this job is, gas valve stuck and it was almost impossible to get rid of old sealant on pipes. but he finally did it. Thank you George and Skyrocket!

My blower fan suddenly quit stopping (only way to stop is at breaker/OFF) due to bad relay, so I called around town. Not only did Skyrocket pick up right away (Mary was so pleasant on TEL) in the morning, they were able to fit me in right away that same late-afternoon. The initial service-call fee was almost half of other places in town, and I love how that fee goes towards the repair (unlike other places charging separately). David (he's also very pleasant/professional) came over for the repair during the scheduled 2hr window, and completed the work on-time & thoroughly. He also had all the necessary parts in his truck (a new circuit board for the main repair, and also a new thermostat that I wanted to replace my ancient one with while at it). No inflated sales pitches - only what I needed (very honest business). I'll call them again with my HVAC repair needs in the future. Highly recommended!

We hired Skyrocket for our furnace repair and it worked for a year or so, but the unit was around 20 years old and it was definitely time to replace it. We called Skyrocket and got an estimate right away. Mary was in touch with all updates about the delivery, scheduling installation and city inspection. Everything was smooth and on time. It’s a five-star service.

I had some problems with my furnace. I saw some reviews on Yelp, asked for an estimation in several companies and chose Skyrocket. They saved me 200$ telling me how to clean my gas fireplace for free instead of calling them! But they had to come for another issue and I’m happy to have such a service! I turned to the Skyrocket for friends’recommendations and did not regret! Received excellent service, David was very nice. I had one previous quote from another guys that said I needed a whole new unit. I spoke with the specialist who came out and located the new fan motor in the roof. Really its absolutely different from installing a new unit. Motor replaced at a reasonable price!

Hi, Skyrocket! You remember, you repaired my air duct 2 weeks ago? I'm quite satisfied with the repair! We have an HVAC system that is 6 years old. The problem was that our 1st level bedroom and bathroom were not getting much air (hot or cold) coming from the vents. There are 15 vents in total and 4 of them are working bad. I asked the Skyrocket to calculate the cost of repairs. I was given approximate prices, but warned that without a diagnosis in place it was not clear what had broken there. And that the final cost will be determined after the diagnosis. But I can refuse to repair, if the cost does not suit me. Such conditions suit me - everything is fair. I was told that it might be necessary not only to clean the air duct, but also to set up the system. In the end, what happened: they cleaned the air ducts, fixed some fan, plus set up the system again. Now everything works fine on both floors of the house - no problems!

They have be so great to work with! They not only have fix our existing HVAC system, but also gives us great recommendations that helps us save money. We have used them to install a new system in another building and was very happy with the installation and quality and price for the system. Hi! I have a house in San Mateo. I needed to remove my old furnace and install a new one. I asked for a quote on Yelp and got hte estimation from Skyrocket in some 10 minutes! It was awesome! I received a phone call from Skyrocket who answered all my questions and was very professional. George was great to work with, professional, knowledgeable and great. He explained what we can do to extend the life of our furnace, how we can care for it, improvements we can make if we want to upgrade, etc. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Reliable and efficient repair of the fridge. The cooling and fan issue was correctly identified and resolved by David who was very professional in his work. He spend considerable amount of time in defrosting the fridge and replacing the fan. Highly recommend these people.

I almost never write reviews online but after using SkyRocketHvac services twice I think I should share my experience.
First time I used SkyRocketHvac was on a Christmas eve day couple of years ago. That morning after waking up to a really cold house and failing to get the old heater to cooperate I started calling HVAC service companies to get somebody to come take a look. Being Christmas eve day most companies seemed to be closing early for the day. SkyRocketHvac was the only one that were willing to send out a technician, if I "didn’t mind" him coming in the evening. When the technician showed up, he quickly found the issue and although the heater is ancient he had the appropriate part and managed to get it working in less than one hour. Although a cold house is not a super high emergency SkyRocketHvac made the extra effort to service our home when every other company understandably was “closing early” for the day.
The second time I used SkyRocketHvac was at my rental property. The heater seemed to be having some intermitted issues, it would stop working only to start again some time later before cutting of yet again. Again, SkyRocketHvac was able to send a technician within a day. This time the problem was much trickier to diagnose due to its intermitter behavior. Couple of times we though it was fixed only for the same “shutting down” behavior to reappear again after waiting long enough.
Needless to say this time it took a little longer to fix the issue. The technician even stayed for an extra half hour at the end to make sure it was really fixed and I was only charged for the essential component that was needed.
In summary, both times I used SkyRocketHvac services I was impressed by the professionalism, competency, honesty and their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

My fridge suddenly started making humming noise and clicking sound every couple minutes, found SkyRocket on Yelp that’s near by me.
David first discovered my compressor was not working, he then troubleshoot to see if it’s just the relay connector that’s broken, once we put on another relay connector, my compressor started running again.
It also comes with 3 months warranty if same part/ problem goes wrong again.

Great service! Our 20 year old Kitchenaid refrigerator started leaking. I called Skyrocket and got an appointment the next day. The technician came on time and quickly assessed the situation. The leak was taken care off. It has been several days - no issues! I would call them again.
