I had Very Bad experiences with this company. My AC and Smart thermostat were not working, so I called this company & made appointment.
The technician came, took a look, spend about 30 minutes, hand me the invoice for $328 without giving me the estimate and charged me. He explained the fuse cost $ 179. what can I say, I just paid & feel ripe off.
After 4 days, the system was Not Working again, so I called them made an appointment & specifically NOT wanting this technician. Guess what, he came & spend another One Hour, not knowing what to do. He asked me” What do you want me to do?” I said “ I want this system to work again” And he gave me some options, and I said” I don’t know what to do”, and he said” You Don’t Know?” Of course I don’t know what to do.If I knew, why did I hire them?
After he spent one hour & talking to himself, finally he said if I want my system work again, I have to rewire the whole system cost me another $410.
Of course, I didn’t use them. Another $410, seriously?
Instead, I hired another all 5 star company only cost me $ 185 fixed the whole system for 2 years parts and labor warranty without rewire the whole system. Also, if i want to change that fuse, only cost me $5.

Dear customers, if you ever want to hire somebody to fix your AC unit, this company will be The Last company you should consider.
(1) Their diagnostic fees is more then the other company
(2) The technician will charge you before gives you the estimate
(3) The technician’s attitude was rude.
(4) They Never return the phone calls.
(5) Lastly, the technician gave me the option was NOT necessary only cost me more.
I just hope this company will improve their services, may be they will have more businesses one day. After all, customers know what kind of company your are, we are NOT dummies.Remember, Customer Always Right!

Bellows is great, every time I call them from emergency to a grand project. I have used them now on 4 separate occasions and each time has been great. They work with my schedule, offer me options per single project, get the jobs done quickly and right.

Marcos and Juan do outstanding work. They arrived on time, took great care of my property, diagnosed the issue and gave me three good options to consider (unlike the other plumber I called who cancelled at the end of their arrival window and never apologized). And they were FAST. Thanks folks, much appreciated.

Russell and the other 2 guys were super amazing, they install my AC in 8 hrs max but they were so fast and they did a A+ job, Lisa was so responsive and very friendly, what a great team thus guys were, the electrician guy was very knowledgeable and explain every detail where the cable was going to run and were very efficient. I’m so thrill having my AC install by Bellows highly recommended this company and the crew was outstanding .

Michael arrived at 2 PM as he mentioned earlier when he called to notify me at 1PM.
He inspected my unit and cleaned the coils on the condenser.
He showed me what to check like the filter which need to be changed yearly., check for any water back
Up. Everything was working in excellent condition.
Keep up the yearly maintenance and warranty will be covered.
Overall I was very satisfied with the service that Michael provided and even mentioned that hope to see him again next year.
He said that the plumber will come to do a maintenance check on my water heater.

I have been thrilled with the work that has been accomplished. Nick and David, our installation team, are professional and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough about them. We still have a bit of work to do to make the City Inspectors happy, but we should be complete with that work in a matter of a few days.

Our only unhappiness with our experience is that Bellows is so good at what they do, it takes a long time to get through the process. We got our initial scope of work estimate and bid proposal on June 28, 2021. We accepted their bid in early July. Unfortunately, due to the workload, the installation of the AC unit was not accomplished until September 28 and 29, 2021. It has been a long, hot summer . . . sigh.

Anyway, I think Bellows is a great company with superior staff. I would recommend them to others. I would also recommend having AC units replaced in the dead of winter!

We chose Bellows to install a Mitsubishi mini-split system in our home because compared to other local companies, we thought Bellows provided the most professionally presented estimate and responsive service. The installation estimates we got from other local companies were similar in cost, but Bellows had a licensed electrician on staff and the other companies didn't, and since a mini-split system is electric and required a direct connection to our electric panel, an electrician is required for installation. Another local company that gave us an estimate for mini-split installation did not want to get a permit and didn't have an electrician license!
It took us a while to make the decision to have a new mini-split system installed, but that was based mostly on the cost of the system and how it would fit into our old house. Replacing a 70-year-old gas floor furnace with a new electric Mitsubishi mini-split system was a huge and expensive project for us and Bellows provided support throughout the entire process: the estimate, the planning and preparation, installation, permit inspection, etc.
Another reason we chose Bellows is that we like the Mitsubishi brand. Each local company installs a different mini-split brand. We checked on the Mitsubishi website, and Bellows had the highest level of training available from the manufacturer, which was important to us.
Oh, and the Bellows installation team was fantastic! They answered our questions during installation and were friendly. We actually enjoyed having them in our house.
We love our new Mitsubishi mini-splits -- they heat and cool our house and the soft sound of fans in the interior mini-split units is soothing.

Great company. The guys were very professional. First thing they did was to lay down protection for our floors. They explained what they were doing and kept us informed during the process. Mike U., George, and Rudy were focused on the job and never idle. Mike U. was good about explaining how our system worked and answering all of our questions. When the job was finished, the guys took their mess with them. :) Their work area was cleaned thoroughly. Their customer service was excellent. Would most definitely recommend Bellows.

Our more than 30 year old furnace was having issues, so we took that opportunity to reach out to Bellows for a quote to replace the furnace and add A/C. Carl, the salesperson took the time to explain the different options which helped in our decision making process. Once we agreed to proceed, Russell, the project manager, visited our house to ensure that the logistics were being planned properly. Since we decided to move the furnace from the closet to the attic, additional preparations had to be done. Once the date came for the installation, the workers were prompt and worked three and a half days to finish the project. It's been two weeks since the completion and we have enjoyed using both the furnace and A/C (on different days) with absolutely no issues. We highly recommend Bellows for their knowledge, professionalism, and skills.

I'm so happy with Bellows service. I ordered a new AC and heating system from Costco and Bellows installed the new units. Their staff was so professional, on time, very clean, friendly and answered all my questions. I was so impressed that I will be recommending them to my family and friends. I had concerns that my newly installed heat pump system was not working efficiently. Bellows sent Jeff out who looked over the system while also asking me questions about my concerns. Jeff noticed that a fan on the outside unit was vibrating too much and promptly scheduled to replace it before causes more problems. Jeff also confirmed the system was operating correctly and was able to explain how the system operates better than over 20 years old heat pump that was replaced.

Bellows has satisfied me from their installation of the heat pump and taking the time to ensure it is working efficiently.

My water heater needed to be replaced due to age so I contacted Bellows from a referral and was extremely satisfied from the very beginning with getting a speedy inspection appointment and then a scheduled appointment for the replacement. Once the unit came in, Josh, quite knowledgeable and Scottie worked tirelessly to remove the old unit and install the new one. KUDOS! I will be referring Bellows in the future!

Today Jeff did the yearly check of our heat pump, and Jennifer came for the yearly plumbing check. Both of them were on time, professional, very helpful and extremely pleasant. They explained what they were doing and why, and what I can to do to keep everything working properly. With great staff like these two I am very glad that I signed up for their yearly maintenance.

Jeremy was fantastic. He took the time to fully explain our whole system so we could troubleshoot on our own in the future. Best plumbing experience we’ve ever had.

Great communication with appointment and reminder. Phone contact was very pleasant. I was referred by a contractor’s son who said his dad uses Bellows regularly. Technician was polite and on time. This call was about failed heater in my tenant’s dental practice. Went smoothly while conducting business. Tenant satisfied. Next step for me- a tune up of appliances at my home with Bellows

Bellows has installed our HVAC + plenum, generator, new sewer line, and this month has done a main panel replacement.

For the panel, the team of Derik, Christa and Julie Truss stuck with us creating solutions when our electric power utility threw up road block after roadblock over the course of five long months for our routine panel replacement.

We really felt like the team had our back. The price was good, and we never felt nickel and dimed when they had to take multiple extra steps due to the utility. Highly recommend this team for their honesty, tenacity and kindness.

Technician was very knowledgeable when it came to our system. He was quick to provide a estimate, which ended up right on target.

I had a great experience today with Bellows and Saul. He arrived promptly and helped with a clogged pipe. It wasn't easy to figure out the best place to come at the problem and he was able to efficiently problem solve. He was very knowledgable, friendly, kind and helpful. TBH, I was worried we might have a bigger repair today so I'm relieved , he was able to solve the problem today. He went above and beyond too. He took a short video to help explain something that is very difficult to reach. He also helped to make sure that my washing machine was ok (it had standing water backed up that I didn't realize until after he left. Fortunately, he hadn't driven away yet and came back in to help. Saul really was the kind, expert, problem solver I needed in my home this morning. Thanks Saul. Bellows is a great company. They have done other work for me and will call them again.

The Bellows technicians seemed very professional and respectful. They were supposed to replace the compressor, but they realized that their original evaluation of a burnt out compressor was incorrect. Instead, they reevaluated the problem and came up with a revised diagnosis that there was leakage of oil and refrigerants, but the compressor is still functioning properly. They did the repair based on the revised evaluation within the planned appointment time frame. We are very happy with their service.

I am doing a remodel of my home and as a part of the remodel I needed to replace my entire old HVAC system. After talking with a few companies I decided to work with Bellows. They completed the entire brand new HVAC installation in 5 days. I cannot stress enough that Bellows has put together an excellent HVAC team. Starting with Brent, the sales rep, who has been excellent to work with, answering all my questions in a very prompt and timely manner, Russ the install manager and then the complete installation team - Mike, Sergio, Tom and Eli. They were all phenomenal, professional and very easy to work with. Mike, the install lead, is very thorough - guiding his entire team while listening to and answering all my questions. After the install was complete, Eli went out of his way and spent a good 40 mins explaining the new thermostat functions. The HERS testing and city inspection are still pending (handled by a third party). I highly recommend working with Bellows HVAC team. They have truly earned their 5 stars.

March 19, 2025...Jeremy Spradlin arrived within the two-hour scheduled window and gave us a courtesy call when he was 15 minutes away just so we would know when to expect his arrival. He was pleasant, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. He wore shoe coverings out of respect for our new floors. He listened carefully to our description of the problem we were encountering with our furnace and upon inspection, he was able to narrow the problem down to two distinct possibilities, i.e. either a faulty switch device or a faulty circuit board. Upon further examination, Jeremy quickly determined the problem was the faulty switch, which was less expensive than replacing the circuit board. Jeremy said that he had the needed switch in his vehicle and proceeded to replace it. Upon testing, the furnace worked perfectly.
We are very happy with the service he provided as well as with his pleasant and helpful demeanor. We would highly recommend Jeremy and Bellows for furnace repairs and service. 5 stars!
