Caesar showed up on time. Fixed the AC issue and was done in less than 30min. I cannot comment on the cost as I did not have quote from other companies for refilling the Freon.

Air and Plumbing Systems was very responsive despite the holiday weekend. They replaced the furnace the day after Christmas and the owner came by to check the work. Definitely recommend and will use again.

The technician they sent out were great- he was on time, worked quickly, and was got the job done. He was able to explain everything to me about the scope of work that was about to be done and gave me a clear timeline of when things would be done. My carrier unit HVAC system had failed due to improper installation by the developer. Air & Plumbing Systems diagnosed the issue immediately, and helped me with a required removal (utility closet was being renovated), and reinstallation with the necessary safety switch, air vent, and new p-trap. The team are very friendly, efficient, and helpful. This was a smaller job for them, and I greatly appreciated their help with this project, and recommend their work.

Excellent process, installed professionally, and team was courteous and clean

Air & Plumbing installed a Heatpump AC/Heater + all new duct work. The process begins with Mark, the owner. He came to the house, inspected and proposed 3 written options. I asked several questions, which he explained, and we narrowed it down to the final solution.

Before they started, I asked why they were not changing the boots for the duct work. Mark said that normally there is no need. If there is a need, they will replace them at an additional cost, which he told me.

We set the start date and his team showed up. I was a bit concerned as their English was limited, but they made up for it by being extra patient and constantly smiling. They finished the work in 5 days, and kept the garage enough for me to keep the car inside.

A few days after installation, the system started to make a horrible noise. Out came team, and they fixed it in minutes. A bolt came loose. They found it, replaced it, and all was good.

 Mark arranged for the City inspection, the BayREN rebates, and did all of the electrical wiring.

If you want a fair deal by a courteous team, get a quote from Air & Plumbing systems.

Additional Information:
Air & Plumbing is an approved contractor for BayREN, which is a requirement for the rebate. Mark handled all of the paperwork which includes HERS testing. There are additional rebates from your local electrical company and Federal rebates. Those you need to apply for yourself.

Very professional, clean. The estimator was very patient and honest.
Due to sub-flooring access issue, we had an estimator from a different company essentially tell us he won't take the job because it was too difficult. Air&Plumbing guys made it work, and did a bang up job!
We absolutely love our new AC!
