We scheduled a maintenance for our San Jose home because our heater has been acting up. Rene came out and found out the coils were extremely dirty causing the system to over heat. We’re very happy with the quality service and will be replacing our old system . we definitely recommend Rocket .

Great timing on time for the weather
I was impressed with the process to do what was promised and being scheduled so suddenly in the week they were able to squeeze into my busy schedule. Rene did a great job explaining my needs in case I wanted to improve my system’s performance. Was told they were good but had to call them back to fix the unit they installed 3 times.

Worst company in the Wilmington NC area....if you want to get screwed...they're the ones for you. Came to my home ...asked to check ac unit if r22 was low...saw repair man not even hook up refrigerant to unit....charged me 185.00 for 2 lbs of r22...and AC was worse after they left.....come to find out....system didn't even need coolant. Rip-off company. ..DO NOT TRUST
