Hurn has always been very responsive and easy to work with. They provide a frank assessment of the situation and options, to help make the best decision in terms of maintenance, service, and unit replacements.

Hurn was recommended to us by our condo HOA. I'd like to think that our HOA would only recommend reputable businesses, and as far as I'm concerned, they have. The technician showed up earlier than expected ready to work. We only asked for a basic inspection and service and he did everything he was expected to do in a timely manner and didn't give me the impression he was "fishing" for more work. The inspection came out satisfactory, with nothing else needed, I paid the quoted invoice and nothing more. Everyone's happy and I'm happy to recommend Hurn Mechanical Heating & Cooling.

Our yearly service technician was on time, efficient, knowledgeable. I expressed concern about the hvac system we have but he was able to reassure us that although old, it was still working fine. 10/10 would use this service again.

Same day service and Chris couldn’t have been nicer. He stayed late and did a better job of installing 2 new condensation pumps than the original installation. Highly recommend.

I used Hurn for our annual heat pump AC maintenance. They are a great company and very organized. The appointment was scheduled quickly and followed up with text reminders. Josh our service professional was thorough and detailed. I highly recommend them-the service was so much better than a previous company we used.

my AC stopped. been dead for a few weeks: heat killing me. i called a company they came out and I was told i needed to replace it if they couldnt find the parts for it. Living in a high rise downtown meant now the building will
need to be shut down for a day. I emailed my HOA and they said call Hurn Mechanical: they have serviced many units in the biilding ; get a second opinion before going down that road. I called. They arrived in an hour. the technician had my ac going in several minutes. He removed the filter left and came back with a new one for 25 dollars. He set my conteol panel to my agrred upon temperature. I signed up for the VIP for 299... so the 199 service call went to the 299 since it would be
considered my first free service as a VIP. I know my ac will be serviced twice a year and i will be properly informed to the condition of my ac unit all contrils compressor and all electrical associated. This way i can choose to maintian my unit and keep it safe and running. Good Life

We have a water source heat pump unit in our downtown San Diego condo. Have had many different companies through out the years service or check the system. This last issue I had the same companies come out. The two were unable to solve the problem. Called Hurn, they troubleshooted until the issue was found and resolved. Real professional from scheduling, dispatch and Tyler our tech. Switching over to Hurn from this point on. Thank you!

Hurn is outstanding! I called on Friday and they were here on Monday! On time, fast service, that was also reasonably priced! My technician, Alan, was friendly, courteous, & even took the time to explain the issue with my water source heat pump and walk me through how he fixed it! Thank you, Hurn!

Don’t use at all. They came for an inspection and ended up breaking my unit. Typical obviously money grab tactic.

0 I mean 0 issues with my AC prior and now it’s just blowing nothing.

Typical bait and switch to then say “oh yeah we can come back out and inspect it again but there will be a cost and here’s the list of issues the technician found” yeah okay

They will be fixing my unit and I’m not paying a single penny.

Attached is a video of a noise from my unit I’ve never heard before till after they’re so called inspection.

What they don’t know is I have cameras installed in my unit lol.

Josh was very helpful and did a great job. The maintenance service is awesome. Keeps my system working and ready for the hot summers.

The technician/repair person was extremely knowledgeable. Addressed all my concerns and questions and I had many. Communicated what he was doing and explained the issue. Problem solved unit works great. I couldn’t be more satisfied!
