Highly recommend this company! Not only knowledgeable and professional but extremely ethical. My Mother, a senior citizen, was told by another company that she needed a full replacement of her A/C system that would cost over $13,000…We called Hurn and Anthony said he’d be happy to stop by to survey and give her a comparison price. He went the same day and quickly discovered she didn’t even need a replacement but just maintenance on the unit. Tech, Alan, came out the next day, on-time, walked my Mom through everything he was doing and told her that just doing an annual preventative maintenance should keep this unit running another 10 years. The total was only $299! Thank you Hurn for the wonderful service and for employing great people. We are telling everyone about our experience and will only use them moving forward.

John and his team of professional service technicians are top notch! They came out and installed a complete new system throughout our home with 3 zones. Tyler was on time (early, actually!), and quickly started after making friends with our dogs. He checked our floor furnace under the house and in the living room. He also checked the thermostat, and made sure that there was no escaping carbon monoxide.
Please keep servicing floor furnaces! Yes, I’m standing over ours as I write this review. 😁

Man, this place is amazing! Specializing in air-conditioning units for high-rise condominiums, their service is impeccable and they have extreme knowledge of these unit units. Anthony was awesome today calling me before during an after the appointment to make sure everything went smooth and to explain to me what I needed to do to get my system working correctly. I highly recommend.

Our Geothermal cooling system was not working and after a long search of finding someone who could help, I came across Hurn Mechanical Heating and Cooling. Robert was so helpful and ensured me they could help. The dispatcher worked hard and was able to have someone come out same day. Allan our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, walked us through what was going on and was able to identify the part that needed to be replaced. Our system is back up and running. We will be using them for our maintenance and any additional maintenance/repairs. Highly recommend using Hurn Mechanical. Such a great experience!!!

Tyler was able to fix the cooling unit in my wine cellar and get everything working perfectly. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Tyler and Hurn to anybody. Life savers! Only company that was able to service downtown high rise units. They called quickly, got a tech in for same day service, and even gave a military discount! Had weird wiring/setting problems installing a nest thermostat. He was professional, friendly and even double checked temperatures/heater pump with proper tools. I appreciate this company, highly suggest.
