Ahmed, came through like a champ! I called him on a Sunday when our air conditioning was not working. He gave me a time when he would be there, which was within an hour, and he showed up on time which goes along way with me. He showed up with a clean uniform, and was very polite. He assessed the situation, did his troubleshooting and figured out the problem. He was very polite and tidy and neat. He even took his shoes off and came into the house, which I was very impressed with. He performed his tasks and cleaned up behind himself. I was very impressed. I give them a five star rating. I will be calling them in the fall to take care of my heating issues. Ahmed and HXRefrigeration get a 5 star review from me!

A Trully 5 Star Company that ,talk the talk and walk the walk... A real 24 service .Got an emergency with a commercial walk in refigerator with roof access. I called several companies that supposedly are "24Hrs" some answer with a person half sleep, saying they were not avail.some say calling back in few minutes never did. I have HX Refigeration as a recommendation from a colleague in the hospitality industry. Shout out to Ahmed ,since answer the phone it was a pro. Communication ,I explain my emergency. Fill out a work order ,with payment info ,Company info and He said I'll b there in 30minutes. And He Did. Profesional Person, New Vehicle,Uniform ,equipment u named ...check ,now this is what separate this company from the rest . It was Friday pass midnight Downtown San Diego let that sink. For a sec. Plus the Emergency was Fixed on the spot ,everything needed they got cover. Offcourse weekend ,midnight there's a different fees,however we'll deserved. Fair pricing Excelent customer service. Called HX refrigeration to replace a part in my ice cream machine that so may other companies weren’t able to work on. Communicates well and definitely knows what he’s doing. Fixed my machine the next day and was very professional. Definitely recommend to anyone!!

I disagree that "Without proper certification and training, HVAC units are impossible for a homeowner to install themselves." In 2012 I installed a 2.5 ton HVAC in my home by myself in La Mesa. ASI was very complimentary of the work when I had them come out to charge the system. US Air Conditioning was kind enough to let me purchase supplies at that time. It is very technical but there are many certified contractors that have un certified laborers design and install for them.
So what difference does it make? US Air conditioning should sell to the public and let the city take care of quality control and code requirements.
