Alan from Hurn came to our high-rise condo to service our 2 hvac units. He checked the thermostats, heating and cooling temps, cleaned and sanitized the drain pans and changed the filters. He stayed about 90 minutes. The cost was reasonable. We're good for another year.

We called Hurn for our annual preventative maintenance (PM) of our HVAC system. We were very pleased with them from the get go. Josh was here on time and was very pleasant. We were initially impressed when he asked if he should wear booties when he entered, which was very respectable to our home. His inspection was very thorough, and he thoroughly explained what he was doing, which was much more than we expected. We have an older system and he gave us peace of mind that we will get some more life out of our system with some minor cleaning. He did not try to talk us into unnecessary work or even a new system, and their pricing was of very good value. Thank you Josh and HURN for your expertise, we will continue to use your services in the future.

Anthony, the Hurn Mechanical work manager, was very thorough and informative about maintenance requirements for a water-based heat pump system, and then later his technicians fully installed a new Trane water-based heat pump system in our condo.
