Doesnt mention they only sell to contractors when you call on the phone. Nor does the website waste of my time.

Nice place for supplies

I called and after a long wait, Paul picks up the phone. I barely said what I needed and he rudely asked if I had a HVAC licence. I said no, I have a contractor's license, and he says "we are too busy here" and hung up the phone. I've interacted with them before, and they are like the mob. Go elsewhere or shop online.

Great variety of parts. Try to get you in and out with the right part. Always resolved any issues if I ended up with wrong part! My first try FOR HVAC R unless I know they won't have the part. Great selection of specialty tools as well.

You call in under your account, and they quote you one price over the phone, then when you show, they switch up the price hundred bucks or so higher. Nobody knows nothing. Employees hate their lives and hate having to deal with customers more. Enjoy your 1 star Johnston, you earned it.
