Called out for fridge repair. Ultimately recommended we needed a replacement. Only charged call out. Came on time, explained the issue, no complaints.

One thing I feel weird about is that the locations on Google maps don't seem real addresses. They are residential homes or office space with a different business on the door.

Since they are visiting me, I don't need them to necessarily have a physical location, but this feels a bit like it's designed just to show up on location based searches.

Excellent and professional install. The technician arrived on time and surveyed the installation area carefully. The work was neat and clean and overall happy with the service.

Excellent experience. Technician was courteous and took the time to go over every aspect of the furnace, and why it wasn't working. The price to come and diagnosis the issue was much lower than others providing the same service. And there was no pressure to move forward with them after the initial diagnosis. We ended up moving forward with the repair and consequently the diagnosis fee was waived. I will definitely use these guys again.

Zorik @ FUSE did a really excellent job installing the Tesla Universal Connector charger on the front of the house. He recommended a positional adjustment to make the handle more accessible, which will certainly spare my knuckles from banging the garage trim every time I plug in. Very pleased.

I have used their service two times and have been happy so far. First time we had an issue with out heater and Adam checked on it. He was honest and did not come up with extra costs and expenses here and there that some other people might do (given that I was clueless about furnace system) and I appreciated that a lot. Second time, we had our bathroom fan installed by one of the technicians and he did a nice clean job, very nice guy. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely ask them again for any repair in my place.

Dmytro was awesome! We have our HVAC go out right in the middle of the hottest week in the year (not good). Turns out it was an electrical issue. We called Fuse and they had no availability until the following week. The person on the phone said they had an electrician that happened to live a couple of miles from us, so he would call him and ask if he’d be willing to stop by and help us out on his way home. Dmytro didn’t have to say yes after a full days work, but he agreed to anyway. We were SUPER grateful. It turned out that a faulty wire connection was causing our breaker to trip, therefore causing the unit to shut off after half hour (not enough time to cool the house on a 100+ degree weather day). Dmytro cut the wires, reconnected and secured with some oil, fired the unit back up and it WORKED. The unit was now not shutting off due to wires overheating. The unit has now been working great all week, we are so thankful. We will definitely call Fuse for any future electrical issues!

Kostas came first time to diagnose the issue. He sent 4 different proposals and was very clear about each options. He never gave us any pressure but allow us time to make decisions

We decided to go for the fix instead of complete system replacement. Once we approve the estimate online, I got the scheduling call for the work to be done the next day. Kostas showed up again, he spent about an hour to finish and test the works. We appreciate his hard work and would definitely give the service the highest rating

I’ve had Roby come by and talk about HVAC options and Dmytro for electrical work and during the diagnostic resolved the issue and provided a quote to update my sub panel. Cannot express the relief I had that I wasn’t going to have an electrical fire as he explained the issue where I felt confident in his work and comfortable with the situation. The work is nicely described, elaborated and got it signed. I did not get charger when technician arrived but the post phone of the appointment was accepted with simple call. Service center is so helpful and quick in-providing solution. On the day service took place, technician was late due to traffic conditions and I was informed about it in advance. He completed his even though it was late in the evening. Vitali who came to work was very humble and have lot of patience while working. He gave different options and I chose one.
