Brandon the tech that came out was fantastic. Was very upfront regarding the issue with the furnace, took no time getting things working again, and even provided some advice on better thermostats. Highly recommend Jazz for anyone needing HVAC repair.

Scott has been the best HVAC professional I’ve worked with so far. He is incredibly responsive, customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and most importantly, empathetic and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen, explain, and make sure our concerns were fully addressed.

While I do think some of the technicians who came out could benefit from additional training in customer service and clearer understanding of scope, Scott stepped in immediately and effectively rectified every issue we encountered.

Highly recommend. JAZZ is truly lucky to have Scott on their team.

Justin visited my home last week to help with a few heating problems we have been experiencing this winter season. We were initially afraid of how much this was going to cost us since we weren't exactly sure what the cause was. After Justin examined our system he was able to diagnose and fix the issues we needed to be repaired. Even with him ordering a few new parts he kept us under budget which is greatly appreciated in the economy. I couldn't recommend Justin and jazz heating, Air conditioning and plumbing any more!!

I had a great experience with this company and the technician. After a warranty tech couldn’t diagnose the issue with my HVAC system, he was able to quickly identify the problem and explain exactly what was going on. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to clearly walk me through everything he found in a way that actually made sense. It was a huge relief to finally get answers and feel confident in the diagnosis. Highly recommend!

Marvin and Milton are a pro. This guys came and got to work! This guys are non stop! After the install they sealed every vent tested the new heater and AC unit. I'm glad I went with this company! They are back by Home Depot so that alone guarantees they're reputation! They are chosen by HD for a good reason the quality of work is second to none! Isaac Garcia did a thorough job in our crawl space also ensuring that all trash were cleaned out and removed.

I also want to add that Naveed T in this photo did fix or replace few old pipes from the crawl space and was very thorough about his work and spent time to ensure that no more water was leaking.

John was great today. Pretty much the entire Jazz team is trained extremely well and demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. John came as a normal routine visit to inspect our plumbing system. He arrived on time and spent some time educating us on water filtration systems. Extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. He’s a perfect example of why we continue to go with Jazz for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Augustine came and dud a fantastic job in cleaning the furmace and replacing the motor. Did a great job, very professional and respectful. He completed wotl in the estimated time he gave. Grest job. Brandon came in the previous day to assess our furnace. He did a thorough inspection and identified all issues, patiently explaining ehat he found and classified which ones were urgent and not. He was bery well infotmed and knew his stuff. He was aldo very professional in dealing with us.

Augustine from Jazz Heating & Cooling came out to do our heating unit inspection and we had a great experience. He was very kind, thoughtful, and communicative throughout the entire visit. He walked me through the full inspection, explained what he was checking and why, and gave me his honest recommendations without any pressure.
We ended up signing up for their annual membership because of how comfortable and confident he made us feel. Looking forward to having Jazz come back out to check our AC unit in the winter. Highly recommend!

Jonathon, Juan and Jesus did a great job installing my heating and cooling. They were professional, prompt efficient at installing the units. There were no surprises and they patiently showed me how to use my new system. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. GREAT JOB!!!

Francisco Reyes was great! He was very thorough and double checked to make sure there were no more leaks with the new faucet install. We had a very old laundry sink faucet and now it’s upgraded and leak free. Thanks!

The people here very professional, my technician the guy that came out Shamir. He was very excellent very detailed, very compassionate, and we were going through everything. He checked everything reassured us. What was going on. It was a great experience. I would recommend using jazz HVAC services plumbing services. They’re awesome..

Had a new furnace and heat pump installed. Juan, Felipe Jonathan were the installers that came to my house and they did a great job. They arrived on time and kept me posted on updates throughout the installation. Super efficient as they completed the job much earlier than expected. Once the system was installed they walked me through setting up my thermostat and helped me understand how a dual fuel system and showed me photos of the installation to make sure I understood the features of the system.

Overall a great experience.

Juan and his assistant did a fantastic job. They were very efficient with their time and completed the job with great quality parts and workmanship. They took pictures of all steps of the process and showed me critical steps along the way. I’m extremely happy with Jazz and would recommend them without hesitation.

I called for an inspection due to the system not working properly.

Brandon came the next day and explained in detail all the issues and options to repair the system. No sales pressure and answered all our questions and concerns. He assisted with the procedure for financing and set up appointment for installation of new furnace.

The next day, joanthan and Juan came on time as I requested since we had an appointment to attend to. They worked on the system and had it ready to go in 3 hours. We came back and they showed us that everything worked.

Very satisfied with quality of work. I would highly recommend this business to family and friends.

Wow, our tech Brandon went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure our AC was fixed before he left. Brandon was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and very helpful in diagnosing and repairing our AC/furnace. He showed me how everything works, why it was broken, and how to properly fix it. He had an answer for every snag and was careful yet quick in performing the repairs. Would highly recommend!

Our garbage disposal started leaking and Jazz was available to come out immediately to check out the issue. Koda from their plumbing team was great. He was informative and replaced the garage disposal very quickly. Also he was very friendly and pleasant.

We had a garbage disposal replaced then the next day an old water shut off valve replaced. Both repairs completed by Juan Robledo. Wonderful job! We were notified when he was on the way, with realtime tracking info. Fair, honest, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Justin from Jazz when he came out for a furnace tune-up. He completely exceeded my expectations with his professionalism, efficiency, and considerate attitude. Justin took the time to walk me through the entire process, answering all my questions and explaining the technical details in a way that was easy to understand. He even went above and beyond by checking my AC unit, despite it not being the season for AC maintenance. To top it off, he sent over the quotes for the necessary repairs promptly. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been using Jazz Heating and Air for several years now. I like their expertise, responsiveness and promptness in scheduling an appt. AC and thermostat was not operating properly after a power surge. Alex was able to troubleshoot and take care of a couple parts needing replacement on the spot. Was quick, professional and courteous. System now back up and running properly!

Nick is awesome! He identified a big problem with my heater and ducting systems, and was able fix it quickly and efficiently. He was really collaborative to work with, and explained everything really well so I could choose the best option for my home. I highly recommend.
