Initially I was happy that the team installed a whole heating pump and AC with new ducts work in my attic quickly in only two days (Dec22-23, 2025). Everything is brand new. However, on the same day after they left, I realized that there was no heating air to my master bedroom, the stuck switch on venting, and exposed pipe close. They did not check air flow to the rooms. Then a technician came back twice to install a damper in order to get air flow to my master bedroom. Then HERS test failed. They came back to fix the leaks for this brand new system. Then I just realized that a half foot PVC pipe stuck out of my attic next to my front door right above my outdoor chair with a big hole on it. I feel really frustrated now. I still feel that the team is friendly, but the job done is not so good.

I had a great service experience from Alex and John who came by to do a plumbing inspection! They were both very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. They were very thorough in their work and made sure I knew what they were doing and sent me detailed invoices and quotes afterwards.

I've used Jazz for my HVAC and now I'm using them for my plumbing needs. The customer service from James has also been great. I recommend them for anyone in the Bay Area who needs HVAC or Plumbing service.

The installation crew — Julian, Kevin, Nathan, Joseph, and Chris — were the real A-Team. They spent two very rainy days installing a brand new furnace and AC system in our attic and were absolute troopers dealing with the weather and a complex install. Professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of our home. You could tell they take real pride in their work.

We feel great about our new system and really appreciated the 0% interest financing option, which made everything that much easier. Highly recommend Jazz AC if you’re looking for top-notch service from start to finish!

Had our first service for eval and maintenance with jazz and Said was our technician. Safe to say we will be looking at jazz now for all of our HVAC needs. Said was extremely professional , very friendly and knowledgeable . He explained everything throughly to us with the help of pictures he had taken of our HVAC inside and out to help as a visual aide. Gave some recommendations of what needed to be done based on what he saw as evidenced by the pics taken. Pricing was very reasonable and after work done (which was mostly cleaning and tune up) was really good. The unit looked new again. Thanks Said and looking forward to be working with him again for future maintenance and required services.

Justin and Jose are great. Repaired our furnace quickly. They were also very courteous and patient in addressing all of my many questions I would highly recommend Jazz. They were able to send technicians out the day after I called while I had to wait until the follow week for service from other providers. They were also very communicative, following up with calls and texts.

The scheduling process was easy and the pricing was transparent. I hired Jazz to replace a bathroom faucet I had already purchased, and Flavio G. was fantastic. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly. When he discovered a part was missing from my new faucet kit, he didn't just leave—he cleaned up the workspace and organized the area so it's ready for the final install once I receive the replacement part from the vendor. Even though a second visit is required, I have full confidence in Flavio and the Jazz team.

Jazzz Hearing & Air provided my family top notch service from the time we contacted them for a furnace quote until the end of the furnace installation. Before the representative, Scott, even came to our home to give us a quote, we received a very informative text message detailing his personal and professional background. That helped us feel comfortable before Scott arrived. Once Scott did arrive, he introduced himself, was very friendly, and thoroughly explained the process of replacing a furnace. He provided us details of various options and explained the differences between those options. He also willingly answered all questions we had. We told Scott that we planned on getting other quotes because we do not like to rush into making quick decisions for expensive purchases. He was fine with that. However, when Scott left and my husband and I discussed everything that we had talked about with Scott, we just had a good feeling about him. As I said, normally, my husband and I would get a few quotes before making a decision for such an expensive purchase, but Scott just seemed trustworthy and our gut feeling was to go with Jazz. So, we did.
On the furnace installation date, the Install Lead, Julian, and another technician came out. When they arrived, they both were very professional and kind. We felt comfortable with them as well. They took the time to explain to wings they were doing during the installation process and we greatly appreciated that. At the end of installation, they tested the furnace to make sure it was working properly. Additionally, they showed us how to work our new Google nest thermostat that came with the furniture, which is so cool. Lastly, they thoroughly swept, vacuumed, and cleaned up after themselves. It has been five days since the installation and everything is fine. I said all that to say this, if you’re looking for a company to perform any HVAC services I highly recommend you choose Jazz Heating & Air, as they provide excellent customer service and perform quality work. They don’t disappoint! Jazz is the way to go!

Miracle workers! Finally, a shower that doesn't require pliers!

For years, we've been dealing with the frustration of not being able to change our shower temperature except twice a year with a pair of pliers. We had one temperature for summer and one for winter. Because of the mineral buildup in our water (which recently clogged our whole-house filter), and some very old, expensive German plumbing left by the previous owners, every other plumbing service told us the only solution was a full, costly remodel. We had basically lost hope.

Then we found Jazz Heating and Cooling. From the very first interaction, they were a breath of fresh air. Their response was immediate, and they used all the technology at their disposal to communicate with us via email and text, keeping us updated every step of the way.

They sent Jonathan out the very next day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to give us a few different quotes for various solutions. We never felt pressured, just truly helped.

We scheduled the installation for the following day, and Devon arrived to take care of everything. He was just as knowledgeable and friendly as Jonathan. He was extremely careful, making sure not to leave a single speck of dust or mess in our house. When he left, our new shower system was installed and working perfectly, and everything was spotless.

We cannot recommend Jazz Heating and Cooling enough. If you have a tricky plumbing problem, especially with older systems, these are the people to call. They solved a years-long problem in just two days. Thank you, Jonathan and Devon!

Isiah came in and hydro-jetted the pipes. He was very nice with great communication by explaining everything he was doing. He took the time to clean up and maintain cleanliness while he worked. Highly recommend the team at Jazz.

Brandon was great! Very knowledgeable. Had heater installed next day. Sent pre-inspection guy too! More seemless worry free home upgrade we have had. Special request to keep outlet and no problem at all. Heater was out and winter hit. They provided heat when it mattered the most with options. Ask for Brandon if you need a consultation. You won't be dissappointed!

Alex was awesome! I have never used Jazz services before, but we needed a quick 2nd opinion about our heater. Booking online was quick and easy- we even lucked out with a same day appt. Before his arrival we received a nice text giving us a heads up with a bio about our service engineer (nice touch Jazz). Scheduled an appointment with Jazz for a heating and air inspection at the Cal Expo Home & Garden show. Senior technician Nolan arrived at our house and did a great job of checking our heating and AC system for issues and testing everything to make sure it was in good working order. He also swapped out our old 80’s unit for a new Nest Thermostat and It’s like night and day! He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems. Will definitely call on Jazz in the future!

I needed a new AC/HVAC system. I went through Home Depot and they sent Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing to install the system. I met Jesus Prado who did an amazing job installing the heating system. However they came across a challenging task installing the AC system because it needed to be in the a new spot that would have enough space to pass the 5 feet code. They decided to put the AC on the opposite side of the house. Because of the high ceiling that has no access to the attic, they had to go through the gutter line to insert the wirings. They ran the wires through the attic, come out on the other side of the house breaking the 2nd gutter line. Then they made another hole to go into the garage. The system works great but now I have broken gutters with holes on my walls.

I was told by Jesus that Jazz will send someone to fix the gutters. Days passed and no one came or called. The rain was coming and I have leak points that will create water damage. At that point I was beginning to panic when the office was ignoring my calls despite of multiple messages. It was really hard to get through to get that taken care of and I felt that they didn’t know how to handle the situation they put me in. Until I called Jesus and told him that they have not sent anybody to fix the gutter line or to weather proof the leak points. He understood my concern and he came right away to patch the broken cement around the insertion site, sealed it and artistically cut out pieces of metal to shield the site from the rain. He took the time and made sure he was meeting my expectations. Finally the gutters need to be artistically fixed. Jazz does not do gutters, so I called quality roofing services, Inc. to get an estimate. Jesus said he will run it by his boss to cover the expenses.

Otherwise the price was great, it took some hoops but the installment was done as it should. One happy jazz customer here thanks to Jesus.

Very responsive and timely , had my AC unit replaced with them two years ago but the unit was not turning on because of a bad fuse . They came on time replaced the fuse with very minimum charge . Technician was very responsive and knowledgeable .
