They reported on time, respectful of our space, cleaned up after they finished the job, no debris left in our premises. They are professionals on what they do. We highly recommend them. Reasonable pricing, quality products.

Our furnace quit mid-December. We called Aire Serv, the next day Ken was here, did a thorough check, and determined that it needed to be replaced (it was the original 1965 unit. The furnace needed to be ordered with not quite a week turnaround. An appointment was scheduled, they arrived on time with a fabulous crew of installers and Ken as the foreman. As the furnace was removed they discovered that our AC was about to spring a refrigerant leak !!! Yikes !!! Ken was able to send a crewman to their local shop and bring a complete new AC system 🙌. By the end of the day we had a complete new HVAC system that is quieter than the last one, more energy efficient, easier to adjust thermostat, easier to change filter, and ABSOLUTELY no mess ! Ken and company worked with us on paying for it all without any additional fees (we're both seniors and retired).
We don't want to be buying another HVAC system any time soon, but we would certainly use Aire Serv again.

Sam is AC expert who you can always count on in Bay Area. I had bad experience for my dishwasher for that I was cheated by 3 different agency includes insurance company’s. I was a little concern when Sam first time came in, however he found the compressor part broke issue in 10 minutes and charged me with reasonable fee. The second time he fixed my zoning issue and I am happy to sign annual maintenance service agreement with him.

We Met Sam for our Heating Air Conditioning. He has been professional through out the process. After installation he came back to check the quality of the work something which was great about them. We highly recommend them if you would need heating and air conditioning needs.

We spent nearly $15,000 on a new HVAC system for a rental property. Just over one year after installation, the system failed due to a bad thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) and a refrigerant leak at a flare connection on the liquid line.

The TXV itself was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, but Aire Serv charged us nearly $1,500 in diagnostics, labor, and refrigerant to correct what appears to be an installation-related issue. A sealed refrigerant system should not be losing refrigerant this soon after install.

Despite the system being only slightly outside the labor warranty period, Aire Serv declined to take responsibility or offer any goodwill adjustment. For a major HVAC installation, this lack of accountability was disappointing.

Based on this experience, I would be cautious about using Aire Serv for new system installations unless you are comfortable bearing the full cost of post-install issues shortly after the warranty expires.

We wanted to update our furnaces for our two-unit building. Sam and his crew from Aire Serv did a really nice job with everything. We both converted over to a dual-fuel heat pump system and replaced all the old ductwork. Sam was always responsive to our questions and ran a team of solid, smart, and friendly folks. While i don't anticipate needing them to come back any time soon, we would absolutely work with them again. My photos don't do their work justice.

Joel and Juan S. were awesome. We needed a toilet flange raised and they had it finished, toilet installed, and cleaned up everything in a couple of hours. I was so grateful that there was availability when I needed it.

Nicholas F was amazing at our Tune Up appointment. The way he walked us through what to expect and did the checks very efficiently was great. He explained everything that needed our attention and explained it really well. It built a trust with the company to say the least. Thanks!

Aaron C and Justin M replaced our old, leaking gas water heater with a new electric/heat pump water heater and installed a MoenFlo. They were friendly and professional, and even when a hiccup out of their control came up, they made the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

They were able to come the day that we called and began the replacement immediately. If not for an issue with getting the replacement, they would have been able to complete everything on the same day. Aaron clearly explained my options and made the decision making really easy. The whole installation is super clean and polished, especially when I compare it to what we had before. I will definitely call Jazz again next time.

Francisco did a great job fixing the shower by replacing the cartridges. He communicated clearly and patiently, explaining the process in detail. He also left everything clean and organized before he left. I appreciate the service and would love to have him back.

I had Jazz Heating replace my 56 year old furnace today. I had Jose and Justo install the furnace. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly yet effeciently. They were respectful of my property, laying down tarps and cleaning up as they worked. They were easy to work with and showed me how to work my equipment after it was installed. I am very happy with their service. I had Alex, the mechanic, check my old furnace before i agreed to a new one. He was knowlegeable and helped me set up for my new furnace with a quick turn around. I am happy with the entire Jazz team.

We called Jazz when our water heater suddenly went out on a Saturday. I worked with Miguel who came out on a Sunday to go over our options and he replaced it the following Monday. This is the second time I’ve gone to jazz for plumbing/pipe fitting services and each time they have been prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and very skilled. I highly recommend Jazz. Great interaction and service all around. Anthony Z and Robbie came to perform the pre-inspection and discuss our options, then they worked with their team to dispatch guys out immediately. The installation crew showed up exactly on time and they got the furnace replaced faster than anticipated. Anthony made sure that we were supported every step of the way, and we are extremely pleased with the Jazz team.

Victor and Joel did an outstanding job! They came out promptly, hydrojetted my flush-out pipe, and fixed the plumbing issues at my house with professionalism and care. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they fixed it. Everything is working perfectly now, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Francisco was super helpful in helping with my toilet replacement. He was able to arrived the same day I called. Asked me for my preferences with no upselling pressure. He made sure I got discounts for being a member. Replacement happened in a timely manner. Very efficient work.

Jazz has been maintaining my 27 year old Furnace and Ac for the past 5 years. And then one day, when it was hot as hell, it decides to crap out me! So with that, since they’ve been great with me and family we decided to replace our old furnace and replace it! Alex helped me with picking out a a unit for the size of my house and today (8/14/2025), Kevin, Nathan and Jesus removed my old system and installed a new one with Nest thermostats! Installation for them was quick and thorough! They made the necessary checks to make sure my system was working and functioning properly and they even helped with the Nest Google app! I’m hoping for a more efficient ac/furnace and welcoming the hot days coming this summer! Thanks Jazz - you guys are awesome!!!

Scott and Francisco both did a fantastic job getting my HVAC repaired and my plumbing leaks fixed. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problems and gave me a couple of repair or replace options to consider. Once we agreed on the approach they ordered parts, arrived when they said they would and both finished to job seamlessly! Very happy with this service!
