Adrien and his team performed a 4-ton Daikin Fit heat-pump installation in replacement of the gas furnace. I'm really impressed with their craftsmanship and level of details during the process. No concern was left without attention.

Install was very clean, all tubing, wires, etc were hidden in the crawl space and inside the walls. Team did extra effort to make sure it's not only functional, but also very visually appealing.
The closet for the air handler is tiny, they had to take the whole system apart and reassemble inside the closet to avoid breaking the door or the walls.

It's rare to find this level of dedication to the customer satisfaction, quality and attention to detail. Extremely thankful to Sage, Adrien and Egor for the quality work.

We're happy with the new Daikin heat pump system, it exceeded our expectations.

Great service and very punctual. They took care of my units and installed brand new thermostats.

They showed up to my house within 30 minutes and serviced my AC system, very knowledgeable and respectful, very affordable I highly recommend them.

Their technician came on time to our house and he knew what he was doing. He tested our system , installed the new thermostats, and offered solutions to the problems we have with our AC system. Their office was very responsive and sent us their estimate in a short time for making improvements. Their estimate was very organized and itemized and it was very easy to understand . Their price was very reasonable.

Sam Hakimi and his team at Aire Serv are the most professional, fair, and honest people who anyone would be lucky to do business with. My family and I was having to live without cool air for about 4 weeks, because our A/C went out and I was in a bind worried about the cost of repair vs. the cost of having to buy a new unit. I had an HVAC company, Service Champions, come out and they were rude and dismissive. It also felt like more of a sales pitch to make me buy something vs. helping me understand my options.

Aire Serv came out and immediately Sam made me feel at ease. He openly and with full transparency discussed my options and although it was a major purchase, he and his team showed me a lot of understanding and patience! They made this into a situation where if I had to make a big purchase, I knew I was making the right decision with them.

Aire Serv of Pleasanton did an excellent job installing our heat pump. We had talked to other companies before choosing Aire Serv, and it was Sam Hakimi at Aire Serv who made the difference. He’s extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and oversaw the project from start to finish to make sure it was done right. He also made adjustments to correct the problems we had with our prior HVAC system, like some rooms being too hot or cold. The whole Aire Serv team was great and we’re very happy with our new heat pump.

I requested maintenance service on my old, but very functioning furnace, as well as duct and dryer vent cleaning. Nas gave me an estimate for the work and Irvin and Jose were the technicians who came to complete the work. All were very thorough and pleasant. Definitely highly satisfied with their service.
