Point Loma Electric and Heating was so easy to schedule and work with. Carlos came out and serviced our furnace and Dulce worked on the electrical part of our house. They were on time and explained the scope of work. Great people to work with.

I recently had AJ from Point Loma Home Pros out to give me an estimate for a whole house water filtration system. Instead of just giving me a price, AJ took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of different systems. He provided a very detailed walkthrough of exactly how the installation would work and offered several options focused on long-term benefits rather than just a quick fix. If you want an honest, professional assessment, I highly recommend asking for AJ.

Palisades HVAC was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They installed our new HVAC system and the whole experience was seamless, professional, and so refreshingly easy. Carlos was INCREDIBLE. knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Sean was wonderful as well.

I had two maintenance visits today. One with Nate for the hot water tank and one with Justin for HVAC for my heat & ac split units. Both of them put customer service at the forefront and were extremely kind and personable. It has been a long time since I have experienced such a positive interaction with service techs so to have both of them be so pleasant, communicative, and caring was appreciated.

We’re currently working with Point Loma Electric Plumbing Heating and Air, and although the job isn’t finished yet, we’re already very impressed. Angel has been excellent to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He has taken the time to explain the process clearly and has shown great attention to detail from the start.

Justin and Ricky installed a new HVAC system for my house. The new system is fantastic and they were so professional, knowledgeable, and just really nice guys. I think they left my house and yard cleaner than they found it. The quote and project info was straightforward and transparent. They made me feel like they were working on their own houses. Thank you Point Loma Electric for everything and for getting us an AC in 3 days to boot.

I hired PLEPHA to install my Tesla charger. They were awesome. David came by early and helped figure out everything that needed to happen. Then Raul and later Gilbert came by and performed the work. I interacted mostly with Raul as he was the one working on the install most of the day. Raul is extremely knowledgeable as an electrician. He always answered my questions and was an all around good dude. Also, the install was flawless. He ensured everything functioned the way it should before leaving. Vanessa also did a good job ensuring I knew what was going on with every step with the work that was being done and the permit paperwork. Pretty much all the guys I interacted with were pretty cool. I would definitely reach out to PLEPHA for future projects.

We contacted the company after noticing our water bill had doubled, and they were able to come out the very next day. Mikey and another technician performed a complimentary HVAC system maintenance check and cleaned our system at no charge, which we truly appreciated.

Shortly after, AJ arrived to inspect our plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. While we were satisfied with the service and information provided, the estimate to replace all four toilets was higher than we were comfortable spending at this time.

I needed someone to help with electrical and gas retrofits to switch to an induction range at my house. These guys are pros. They do very high quality work and craftsmanship, are easy to work with and friendly, have honest and transparent pricing, and have quick availability. Raul did a great job with the electrical work, and Raphael was excellent with the gas work. It was easily the best experience I've ever had with work on my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely hire them again for future home projects. Thanks!

The entire crew was nothing short of AMAZING!!! This company is highly professional, accommodating, thorough, and personable, starting with the Project Estimators, to the Office Manager, to the installers. I especially appreciated how they worked with me to understand my needs and prioritize and price the most critical work, creating a sound, win-win plan of action. They also overdelivered with several unexpected "extras."  In addition, they were incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. All team members worked well independently, but also flawlessly coordinated with each other in a highly efficient manner, when necessary.  I would recommend Point Loma Electric & Plumbing without reservation, and in fact, have already recommended them to 3 of my neighbors.

Water heater replacement (40 gal, gas). Communication was exceptional through the entire process. When I spoke to different representatives, they knew exactly what I was calling about and appeared well organized. Raphael Prince performed a clean and professional installation. I greatly appreciate his work and positive attitude. Point Loma Electric, Plumbing's services are on the pricier side. But overall, it was worth it. Recommend.

Raphael was very professional and congenial during the installation of the new Moen Flo water leak detection and shut off device. He was very quick and cleaned up his work area when he finished. We appreciate his performance very much.

Update: the Moen Flo device is not working due to a manufacturing defect. I am still waiting for a replacement part to be received and installed by the plumber. Moen says it will take over 2 weeks to ship from Las Vegas unless I am willing to pay expedited shipping, Raphael thinks he can get it expedited by Point Loma Plumbing. I will update when I hear definitively a solution.
Final solution: Moen sent a replacement for the internal flow meter, Raphael installed it this morning and after connecting it back to the WiFi, it’s working.

Aaron and Co were timely, communicative, professional and hard working. Solved some complicated stuff, installed new stuff, repaired some bad stuff. A very creative problem solver and focused on doing his best work. Also a nice, honest guy started his own company and you should hire him. Electricians are not cheap but good ones are worth every penny.
