Jesus 209 arrived ahead of schedule, which is exactly what we hoped! He efficiently completed the job, which was more complex than a typical switch replacement, and it’s working perfectly now!
He was professional and respectful throughout the process, and we would gladly welcome him back for any future projects!

Richard arrived within the 1 hour time window given by Zed electric. I especially appreciate how they update you in real time when the technician is on the way! The technician, Tony, couldn’t have been better! He solved a big problem with our light fixture and then installed a new one very quickly and carefully. Everything turned out very well. He was extremely competent, professional and personable.

Tony was extremely efficient, effective, and provided all the help we needed, all while communicating everything as clear as possible. He was able to fix what was wrong in 4 hours when we expected it would take 2 days. If I could, I would give 6 stars.

Showed up on time. Walked through the job to clarify what was to be done. He was friendly, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. Did a final check with me. Took all debris and packaging with him. I’ve used Zed before and have always been pleased with their work.

Awesome work done by ZED Electric! I really appreciate Arthur for his professionalism and trouble shooting and forward thinking. We han one exterior light that were blinking and needed replacing and he saved us by checking all, finding another 2 that ultimately saved us another service call. He got all materials and had the job completed quickly. Thank you Jesus and ZED! Never have to second guess on fair pricing or a job being well done!

We called Zed Electric because our appliance company owner couldn't resolve why our gas cooktop stove (which we purchased from them many years ago) wasn't getting power to ignite the gas burners so our trusted Appliance Guy suggested Zed. He had used them recently and was happy with their work.
Tony with Zed came out and was able to resolve the reason we couldn't get power. We appreciated his persistence to resolve the problem. We're good to go now. Thanks Tony!

Highly competent, personable, prompt service. Highly attentive to my concerns and questions. Excellent communication about what was going on with my wiring/switches and how they resolved the issue. Cleaned up after their work.

We had a more complicated problem shifting from Mercury fluorescents to LED bulbs in 4 ceiling fixtures than we thought . Tony diagnosed that we had a failed ballast in the problem fixture but recommended replacing all the fixture to avoid continuing problems as the older fixtures would continue to fail over time. He helped educate us, got the new fixtures, installed them and cleaned up. Great job and Tony 207 is personable, knowledgeable and expert. I highly recommend him and Zed Electric, whom we have known and used for years.
