Jake and his assistant ran a 220 line from my breaker box to the kitchen for a new electric cooktop. It involved running the line along the garage ceiling and under the kitchen and up through the island. They also ran a 110 line so that I could have a plug on the outside of the island. All work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves, and both workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would hire them again in a hot minute!

We had a great experience with Cordell and ZED Electric! Cordell quickly & efficiently installed a new ceiling fan for our home. He left the bedroom spotless and took all of the old broken fan/parts with him for disposal. We are extremely happy with our service from Cordell and ZED Electric.

Asked our super reliable home inspection for an electrician and he recommended ZED Electric. They sent us Jesus 209 and he was absolutely amazing. We needed a new electric subpanel, and weren't sure about a few other items, technical-wise and budget-wise. Jesus managed to give us professional suggestions on what could be done and what could wait, which was extremely helpful. He was experienced and professional, productive and highly efficient. He finished some of the items under less than half of the estimated time, which saved us hundreds. He was also super skillful and considerate and managed to leave us minimum drywall work after installing a new outlet. He also patched the openings so all drywall left would just be panting and texturing. Beyond that Jesus was also a super nice guy. He put on shoe covers every time he reentered the place, and also laid protection over the carpeted area where he did the electrical work. Definitely coming back to Jesus 209 for all future electrical needs.

Cut 21 holes in my wall unnecessarily!!! To rewire! I get maybe half but i think he was trying to make his buddy some cash because than referred a friend who charges Per hole to fix! I asked them with a quote to limit the holes and they said 6 max! I did do a lot of estimates for work to be done and they were some of the low-mid range … but when i hired a new electrician they said this was unacceptable! (Photos are mid repair) … Regarding the electrical work he did fine!! No issues!

Zed Electric rocks. Prompt service, experienced and professional electricians, and easy to do business with. Kevin just installed our EV garage charger and couple of their items and did what he said he would do and we are happy with his work.

I had an amazing experience with this contractor! They installed an EVSE in my parking space at a condo complex. I was the first resident in the HOA to install a charging station. They had the patience with the HOA board going back and forth on deciding what to do since I have a carport type space and they didn't know what direction to take to get 220v to my space. This took almost 2 years and ZED Electric had to come out multiple times and jump through multiple hoops for the board to approve the charger. They also had to deal with San Diego's rigorous permitting process which took another 2 years because they didn't like how the HOA wanted to run electricity to my space. This is a highly professional and proficient contractor. They helped me every step of the way and did a great job installing the charger. I am very satisfied with the job and they provided me quotes in-line with other contractors. I will be using them for my future needs.

Frustrating adventure into an apparent old haphazardly completed wiring installation. ZED’s the installer of the newer Breaker Panel on the house- but one can only guess who or what prior owner and their electrician/installer may have done with the circuits. James was confident in the condition of the panels breakers and the service. The surging issues may remain and James did what he could to address the incorrectly installed downstairs switches - that were fed from TWO different breakers. He solved the exterior disco lighting issue - which thankfully was nothing more than failing Light Bulbs…. “who knew”!!!!

For now we’re leaving the one double wired breaker off unless we find something that is not working…..aargh!!!!!!!

ZED has done work for us in the past and have had no issues. This time it was truly NOT a conquerable situation without an extensive and long term investigation effort……😩

Carlos was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Installed GFI outlet and even drilled a hole to accommodate sprinkler wires. Will happily call again.

I had a GFI outlet installed in the toilet room of my master bathroom. Carlos did an excellent job. Zed Electric previously replaced my 100 amp main breaker box with a sturdier 200 amp box. Zed did an excellent job on that as well. Jim G in Pr Loma

We reached out to ZED Electric via our rental property to come check out an electrical issue that was preventing us from using our laundry machines. Tony 207 arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional.
We expected an electrical panel repair, but Tony went above and beyond with figuring out the root of the problem was related to electrical wires attached to the washer/dryer machine. He had to work around some inconveniences unique to the property, but he remained professional and was quick with resolving our problem.
