Similar experience to one already posted. AHS home warranty sent tech from this company. Instead of trying to diagnose why my refrigerator wasn't keeping food cold, he found every way to tell me that my measurements of the temp with a calibrated thermometer weren't accurate. Food in the freezer was completely thawed and refrigerator was close to 60 degrees, but "nothing was wrong" with the refrigerator. TERRIBLE service. Demanded that AHS send someone else from different company for second visit.

Chris is the best!! Hands down very experienced knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company!!

I have a home warranty. MC2 is one of the contractors for that company. Technician was very friendly. He did the diagnosis properly and replaced the part within 10 minutes. Its not that I got a free service. Its about the sincerity that made me to write this review. Just want to thank them.

MC2 was referred from our home warranty company, American Home Warranty. Brian came out to diagnose our SS refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly, only keeping the temp at 40-42 when on the coldest setting. He was also getting that reading but since we had the door open prior to his visit he told us to get a better fridge thermometer and call back with those temps to schedule another visit. Ummmm okay. After following back up and leaving three VM's with no response we gave up. Not a professional company, especially for a small business. Do not recommend.

Very impressed with MC2. This is our second time using their services - both times were excellent. On time, excellent communications, completely knowledgeable and prepared. Our service tech (I forgot to get his name!) knew exactly what he was doing, had the necessary parts on hand and got the job done. He also educated us on how & when to clean the filter to help prevent future problems; he also recommended that we use a different dishwasher soap product to get better results. Thank you.

I called MC2 Appliance Service for a dryer repair. Brian got the parts and installed them quickly saving my older unit. He was knowledgeable about my issue and had good communication while coordinating our service call. Don't hesitate to call MC2 Brian is fast, friendly and fair!

Brian provided friendly and professional service for my work order with MC2 Appliance Service. He was knowledgeable and helpful and was able to successfully repair my dishwasher and swap out a part for my stovetop range. I would recommend to others needing appliance maintenance. The company was automatically assigned to be by my AHS warranty.

MC2 was assigned by our home warranty company to fix our appliance. The company came out a total of four times. Some of the issues were not resolved, and we were told by MC2 to ask our home warranty company to assign a different technician for future repairs... He clearly indicated that he didn't know how to fix my appliance by stating this. His report to my warranty company noted that no mechanical failures were identified, and no repairs are necessary, yet my appliance is still not fixed. The technician was also unfriendly for such a customer-facing role.

Similar experience to others. Said the refrigerator was too complex and told us the problem could be solved by just unplugging it for 48 hours. One week later we called back (bc obviously unplugging it didn’t work) and he never responded. Now it says the business is “closed”

I have worked with multiple appliance companies in the past. This time American Home shield referred to Working with MC2 Appliance Service was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, the repair specialist did not have adequate knowledge of the components of the name brand washer . It seemed like a best-case scenario was provided without reason to the cause or attempt to repair the issue. The specialist stated to me in person the reason for the issues but advised differently days later when I received a decision on coverage based upon the notes provided by the company. Insurance not paid

On site service technician, Brian at MC2 Appliance Service, was prompt, polite, and thorough in his diagnosis and ultimately helped us with our claim with the insurance company to get a new wall-mounted microwave. Would definitely recommend and work with him again.

Wish I could give a ZERO because that's the service they provide. We were assigned this company back in April to fix some things in the kitchen. I made a comment how when I called American Home Shield and told them about multiple issues with the kitchen that they could do it all on 1 service call. He wasn't pleased AT ALL about that, giving off a very rude vibe. The items in the kitchen needed to get replaced or repaired. I was told by the warranty company that the parts were in and a dozen phone calls were given (even from the warranty company) with NO response, ZERO! Completely unacceptable service to just leave someone who got your company business high and dry. I will never use this company (and will go out of my way to make sure American Home Shield never uses them again) and will never recommend them to any client.

Our technical Brian was very courteous and helpful. He quickly explained that our refrigerator computer board went out and as soon as the part was in, he came back and replaced it in less than 20 minutes. I also appreciate the text message communication informing me when he would arrive.

I needed my ice maker replaced. Mikhail was very knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time. Explained what needed to the repaired and a new part had to be ordered. The part was here in a few days. I was contacted immediately and got it installed. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Mikhail for a job well done.

Aleh was incredibly helpful and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher. My shy dog even liked him and she’s usually weird about strangers.

Aleh was fast and efficient. He replaced the drain pump on my old washing machine. Scheduling was easy and communication was good throughout the process of ordering the parts and installation.

They did an excellent job! She came and looked at my Mom's refrigerator on Super Bowl Sunday, and did not charge extra. Very professional and communication throughout the process was excellent!

My experience with Wilson and Meyers was fantastic. My washing machine broke on a Sunday morning, I was able to get a same day appointment and the technician, Mike B., diagnosed it, ordered the part and came back Tuesday to fix it. I am very pleased and relieved my washer is now working again. Scheduling was super easy and appointments were fast!

This company was easy to schedule with, and kept us informed on when they would arrive. Excellent communication. Their technician, Misha, is knowledgeable, courteous, on time and very honest. Unfortunately, our fridge was beyond repair but really appreciate the techs honesty!!
We would call them again (if needed) in heartbeat!

Very impressed with Eilson and Myers. They work weekends without an upcharge and are very good with scheduling and communication. Our tech Jane was very nice and professional. Will use again if the need arises.
