Arnold is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. I appreciate his honesty. He was quick in diagnosing the issue with my Whirlpool washer. Got the part the same day. Wonderful service!

The team at DBAR is wonderful. They responded quickly upon my first inquiry and were on time in the window they originally provided. Alex was efficient and fixed our dryer.

We had an issue in that the dryer's original problem was fixed, but we then experienced another issue. No questions asked, they came back out and did a full repair of the second issue at no additional cost. The repairman said that he didn't believe that the second issue resulted from fixing the first issue, but didn't hesitate to make sure that we were satisfied. I will absolutely call DBAR whenever one of my appliances needs work done.

My neighbor recommended these guys and I am greatful to him. The repairman called me when he was on his way. I specifically asked for a 30 minutes in advance call and he followed my instruction. I had a leak in my dishwasher coming from the bottom and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot. Didn't even need any new parts. The dishwasher is only 3 years old and I was glad I didn't have to spend too much money.

From the first interaction, service felt scattered, although, a technician was able to get to me next day. When he arrived he seemed rushed. Before he even assessed my washer he began to tell me how terrible a brand it was. When he confirmed the issue, rather than giving me my options, it felt as though he was trying to sway me to buy one of the machines he sells independently. When I asked for all of my options, he made it seem as though repair was just not worth it, giving me about a $650 estimate with parts and labor. Little did I know that my machine actually has a 10 year parts warranty. He made no mention of this. Surely, it is my duty to know warranties for my machine, but the general sense of the entire experience was "buy my machine, it's not worth my time to fix this for you (let alone help you by notifying you of this warranty you qualify for".

Maybe he didn't know, maybe he WAS just in a hurry that day. Regardless, I will not be utilizing this company in the future.

I had another company cancel the appointment in the morning. When I called Denver’s Best Appliance Repair, they were able to schedule me the same day. I was very pleased with Alex’ professionalism and expertise. My refrigerator is working again!

Great service from this company. The technician, I think his name was Alex, came on time and was very professional. Was very informative and told me how to maintain the fridge, so I wouldn't have these intermittent issues with cooling.

Denver best appliance was very diligent on setting and coordinate the visit. In less than 24 hrs I was able to get a technician and perform a quick diagnostic. Arnold, the technician did a quick job getting the spare parts and next day, he got everything repaired. He was a very good listener. My freedge was up and running in 48 hrs. Highly Recommended !!

Very honest and professional service. We have a Kitchen aid dishwasher that was missing the bottom rack. They gave us an estimate without coming out. Unfortunately, the parts were too expensive and we decided to purchase a new dishwasher. Appreciate the fact that they saved us a trip charge and were able to give us the estimate over the phone.

Bought a house and the dishwasher popped up on the inspection. The sellers hired out Denver's Best to fix it and they made a surface level fix which led to the problem resurfacing only 2 weeks after we moved in. They came back out 3 times and couldn't make the repair. We not only paid for their services, but then were stuck buying a new dishwasher. The repairman seemed way over his head; couldn't diagnose the problem nor understand why his repairs weren't working. I wish his ignorance was transparent in the initial round of repairs as we lost out on a new dishwasher. Company showed zero remorse nor effort to do right. I would NEVER use this company again and highly recommend using them to you as well.

I would like to share my positive experience with Denver's best appliance repair. I called them on a Saturday for a service on a non-cooling GE refrigerator. The repairman was very honest and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and came back within a few hours with the part and installed it. He was able to save all the food that we have recently bought. No sales pressure, just a straightforward great service!

I called a few companies, but only the scheduler from Denver's Best Appliance Repair was able to schedule me as soon as possible. I can't remember the name of the technician, but I have nothing but good things to say about him. I am glad he was able to fix it the same day, so I could get my medicine back in the fridge.
