Quick to get someone out to help. Diagnosis and repair was quick as well. $250 labor price for what ended up being at most an hour of work seems a bit steep to me. The tech also left our dryer vent hose disconnected. I appreciated the response time and speed, but prices feel high.

They are Awesome. This is the 2nd time I have used their service. They are very prompt and honest, which is hard to find these days. They will be straight and tell you their opinion on what needs done, and what can’t be done. Very polite, they come estimate the job, compete the job, and no pressure to try to sell me an additional service. I will always call them for any Appliance repair. You won’t be disappointed, stellar mom and pop shop.

Start to finish was good in my opinion. They had a text service so I didn’t have to call at the beginning and they used that throughout the process. Then Aleh was great when fixing out dryer. After he took it apart he showed me what needed to be done/replaced and showed me how working parts act so I felt comfortable with what was being replaced (not feeling like I was getting ripped off). I wish the wheels lasted longer on dryers but that’s an LG problem. Not too expensive, was under $300 for multiple wheels being replaced as well as a pulley and cleaning it with tip included.

These guys were fast, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. The repair was done quickly, and the price was right in line with what I expected. No upselling, no surprises. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair.

Serge did a wonderful job fixing our dryer! He was also very honest with us about our washer that would cost too much to repair. We appreciate that honesty! Would highly recommend this company.

I am updating my recent review after speaking with the manager, and I’m raising my rating from 1 to 3 stars. While my issue was eventually addressed and the attentiveness after the fact was appreciated, I do wish the communication had been clearer from the beginning.

When I scheduled the appointment for one of our rental properties, I specifically asked that the technician call me directly so I could provide authorization before any work was done. As landlords, we try to get our tenants quick service and as much information as soon as possible, so communication is important. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a call or any details after the appointment. Our tenants said the technician was there for only a couple of minutes before saying parts would be ordered. I had to reach out the next day to request the estimate and details myself, which caused a lot of confusion for myself and tenants.

After speaking with the manager, he explained that the technician had relayed the information to him after the appt and that I should have received a call from him. He was understanding and acknowledged that their processes are still being improved, which I also understand. That said, clearer communication upfront would have set the right expectations and prevented much of the frustration.

Although the issue was ultimately resolved, we do not plan on using this company for our properties in the future.

Was able to fix our washing machine in a timely manner. Efficient technician- the diagnostic fee gets applied to parts/labor which is a plus but overall the labor fee is still pretty pricey. Overall would recommend.

I had a really good experience with this appliance company when they fixed my oven. It completely stopped working, and I wasn’t sure what the problem was, but the technician showed up on time and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He found the issue pretty quickly and fixed it without trying to upsell me or add extra charges. The oven has been working perfectly since the repair, and everything was done professionally. Overall, the service was smooth, honest, and reliable, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike! Our dryer stopped heating, and he quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken heating element. He replaced the part efficiently and also took the time to fully service the dryer, making sure everything was running smoothly before he left.

Victor is very nice and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable about his job. He spent less than a hour at my house repairing my dryer. The company has good communication. I received a text message with confirmation for my appointment. I received a phone call from Victor and a text message saying he was on his way to my house. Company was affordable for the repair that was done on my dryer.

I went on Thumbtack, they were among the highest rated. I submitted my request and got a response before I put my phone down. It was after 3 pm and they said they could have someone out between 3 and 6, if that worked for me. My dryer quit working yesterday (with wet laundry in it). I said yes and the repairman, Mike B., was here within 20 minutes.
It's now 5 pm and I am ready to put a load of new laundry in the dryer.

Jane did an excellent job on my dryer. It was sounding so bad but now it sounds like it did when I first got it. Jane cleaned it thoroughly as well as replacing the necessary parts even though it was difficult to get to some of the areas. I will use Wilson and Myers in the future when needed. Jane is an excellent technician!

Prompt and quality service. We had an issue with our dryer and were able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Misha, was super communicative on his timing as we all know Denver traffic can be tricky. He was respectful entering our home and checking out the issue. He explained it clearly and was able to order the parts and come back as soon as they came in. During the fix he was mindful of his workspace and ensuring he left the area cleaner than he found it. Would use these services again.

I had reached out to them this afternnoon and they were able to get over very quickly. The tech that came over was very efficient and was able to tell me what was wrong with our Fridge/freezer and gave a reasonable invoice estimate quickly. We decided to go with a new fridge, but having all the knowledge on hand so readily was great. The disgnositics visit was priced just as expected. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they would said they would do it, which was perfect. Highly recommend!

Viktor arrived on time today and diagnosed our condition with our fridge right away. He explained the process and after we discussed it, we agreed to proceed. Very easy and efficient. They did same day repair (on a weekend) based on my schedule. I am overly impressed and satisfied. Paul was my technician, he is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

Wilson & Myers was very responsive to come out and diagnose the issue we had with our washing machine. After ordering the necessary part, they were good about scheduling the repair appointment. Although they needed to reschedule our repair due to earlier appointments taking longer than anticipated, they communicated well and rescheduled us at our earliest convenience. Aleh is a very knowledgeable technician and we thought he did a great job.

Jane was amazing!!! Fixed my washer!!! All of these socks had made their way into the front of the machine when I had transferred the loads to the dryer above on a stackable unit. Reasonable price $200 for an hour and dropped the $79 diagnose fee. Highly recommend. Will be calling Jane again!

The technician came out in very short notice from my initial call,…. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very respectful. He diagnosed the problem and then searched for the availability of parts for repair. Our washer was very old and those needed parts are no longer manufactured. He then suggested that it may be time to buy a newer model!…. Thanks for your help and good advice.

*****Update: A competent handyman resolved the issue in ~15 minutes using WD-40. The appliance repair company had previously charged $250 for diagnostics only and stated the problem was not fixable and would require ~$1,200 in repairs. I declined.

I called for a repair on a GE Café gas range. The technician concluded that the entire control board needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately $600, and additionally charged $250 for partial work already performed—despite the underlying issue not being conclusively diagnosed.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that this same issue has been fixed in the past by another technician in about 10 minutes at no cost, which strongly suggests the appliance is not fundamentally broken. The recommendation to replace an expensive control board felt premature and excessive.

I did not feel that troubleshooting was thorough, and the solution presented jumped immediately to a high-cost replacement rather than exploring simpler causes. Given the price of modern appliances, homeowners deserve careful diagnostics—not default “replace the board” recommendations.

Unfortunately, I would not use this company again and would not recommend them, especially for higher-end appliances where accurate diagnosis matters. They charged me $250 for about 10 minutes of work no replacement parts nothing just pushing buttons.
