Friendly staff and very easy to deal with but they need to improve their assessments. After they identified the issue, I ended up getting it fixed under warranty and it was a smaller issue than originally suggested.

After a few failed attempts with other appliance repair guys, this one got it right. Quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the fridge compressor, and charged a fair price. Honest, professional, and now my fridge is cooling instead of stressing me out. Highly recommend!
