Took forever to figure out the issue when they came out and then a week after coming out, told me they couldn't finish the job. And were very rude.

After dealing with another company for over a year, with endless issues, maintenance calls, and a lot of sleepless nights, finding Dimitri with ColdPros was such a relief.

We wanted to move our compressor to the roof since our walk-in cooler was originally designed to be outdoors but had been installed inside, which was causing short cycling issues. Since the job was completed, we have had zero issues. Everything is running smoothly, and it has made a huge difference for our business. I can finally sleep again knowing our product is safe and the system is not being overworked.

I used this Company for the first time after I tried a few other companies for my walking cooler issue. Tech Dmitriy is very professional, nice and knowledgeable individual. He was able to identify the issue after testing and explained in detail what problem was not to function my walking cooler properly.
