Shane and his team put me completely at ease, they are so experienced and dedicated to good craftsmanship. I truly cannot praise them enough!

We have hired this company several times within the last year, and at the end of the day they are great.
Time is money, and they understand that. When equipment critical to our operation was failing they laid out different price points and options to solve the issue.
Their technicians are knowledgeable and polite, and work to get the job done ahead of time and under their original estimate when possible.
Even when some of their other clients are huge businesses with chains and franchises throughout the metro area they seem to take an extra step in caring for the well being of their work done with small mom-and pop business like mine. After their work was done, they came out again to make sure everything was functioning properly.
With their wide array of skills and knowledge I would recommend using them for minor and major issues in any restaurant.

Mark just left my kitchen. I haven't had a more thorough tech look at our equipment. What set him apart from others is that he did everything that he could to keep the cost of repairs and maintenance down without cutting corners. Definitely a man of integrity. The first time, Ben repaired a sensor in my LG refrigerator, and that experience alone was enough to make me want to work with him again.

He is extremely professional and communicative. Before the appointment, he sent a clear estimate for both the part and labor, then followed up to let me know he would pick up the part ahead of time. On the day of service, he also sent a text when he was on his way, which I really appreciated.
