They exceeded my expectations! They have a highly trained and skilled team of technicians that offers secure installations while keeping a check on the gas pressures and burners for safety

Ran a red. Cut off a semi on 470. Cut off 3 cars merging on 70. I hope you put out that fire or saved the baby this morning.

Came in to repair things at my place of work and left it worse than when they got there. Not only did they not fix it they left exposed wiring that could have hurt someone I can't believe this company is still in business.

I have been working with Maintenance Chef for over a year now. They are always very responsive and I believe their prices are very fair. Good go-to company!

Don't even look this way these guy tried to diagnose a non working refrigerator and it need a starter control 40 buck instead they replaced it with a 1500.00 compressor. These guys need to go back to school and be properly trained or pick another line of work Nope this is a real review you really came into my restaurant with your horrible customer service and jacked up my My refrigerator the compressors mounted with 2 bolts instead of for your shoddy workmanship An overpriced charges I'll post a receipt if you'd like me to

dishonest and misleading business practice. Paid over $800 to fix ice machine. Within a couple of weeks broke again. On website states 30 day warranty at no cost to customer. Came out repeated times with no communication and charged for each visit and ordered parts without my consent. Charged an additonal $1500 and machine was never fixed. Did refund for part ordered after complaing but still owe and addtional $800. Made a total of 8 service calls and being charged each time and misdiagnosed issue. With other compaines technician always calls and confirms what issue is and asks if want to purchase parts or continue with repair and what the cost will be. With as many service calls that were made should have communicated if I wanted to contiinue wih repair. Very poor customer service.

I have had Maintenance Chef work on almost every piece of equipment in my kitchen for the past 7 yrs. With an old kitchen serving 500 meals a day, things are bound to break down.
Maintenance Chef has been there not only to repair my equipment but also to preform my routine maintenance. The repair man always gives me detailed information on what is wrong and my repair options and costs.
This company has always been honest and up front with me. I would recommend this company to any business big or small.

I would give negative stars if I could. There was NO customer service offered from "Sharon." I called seeking stove repair for our restaurant and she was horrible. I told her we needed repair TODAY and she replies "Oh that's extra, so we'll have to do it tomorrow." Excuse me? I didn't ask about pricing--I asked for someone to come out to repair my stove today--regardless of how much it costs. She proceeds to ask me if we've done business before and if not, she required payment without even telling me when the technician is coming. What?? When I asked her what time the tech would be sent out, her reply was "Oh, I don't have the schedule in front of me." Then why are we even having a conversation about payment?? You have no schedule, and have no clue when a technician can come, but you want me to issue you my company's credit card. PLEASE!! We will never do business with this company. Word of mouth travels fast, so expect a decline in customers this summer.... You're welcome Sharon.
