I call FixiFy everytime I have mechanical issues at the stores. I manage 6 restaurants and we experience small to big repairs with our equipments. Fixify is always the answer! Vladimir was prompt and nice. He immediately started on the dryer running through all the tests and identified the issue in ~30 min. He had booties for walking around the house to keep the floors clean and he didn't mind our dogs. He understood English well enough to communicate what was wrong with the dryer and how to fix it.

Denis was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issue, gave me a quote and fixed my dryer. I wish I called them sooner the issue was fixed the day after I called!

Exceptional Honesty! Spoke with Ben at 2pm on Sunday. Asked his opinion on error message on 11 year old washing machine. He was very kind and offered to come out to diagnose the problem for a flat fee of $59 which would apply to the repair if we decided to go ahead. After some discussion about the possible repair cost on a front load washer this age he suggested it might be more feasible to purchase a new machine. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks Ben

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their service is truly great, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. They went above and beyond to fix our dishwasher, even when two separate issues popped up. Their team worked diligently and were very accommodating of our schedule, which we really appreciated.
