Zach Johnson came out last week to a house we were in the process of buying. We asked for several estimates on plumbing work. He spent a good deal of time inspecting all the issues, explaining what could be done, and then gave us great detailed estimates. These were very useful. He even called back with follow up info on an AC question we'd asked. Thank you Zach!

Disappointing experience. Called for help with a minor kitchen drain clog at my rental while I was out of town. First warning sign was that the technician tried to upsell me on multiple unrelated issues at the house. Second warning sign was he refused to so much as look at the clog until I authorized an additional $339 charge for him to “take the auger off the truck.” Didn’t matter whether the clog actually needed an electric auger or not. Together with the $159 dispatch fee (which covers no actual service, just the cost to have them come out), I was billed $530 to fix a simple clog that took very little time to resolve. I asked the technician to have a supervisor call me, and the supervisor did so. We had a good conversation, but despite several texts to attempt to follow-up, he never reached back out to resolve the issue.

Zane was very knowledgeable. He informed me of all my options. He provided me with helpful suggestions with questions I had.

He also informed me of all the advantages there are when you become a member of their rewards program.

So, I got a great deal on my water heater replacement and he also helped me get a check-up scheduled for my A/c unit.

I am very satisfied with my service. Zane really made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Many thanks to Trenton for repairing the plumbing leak that occurred as a result of a bad crimp in the connector between the city meter and the installation by Coopers that was done earlier in the summer. I appreciate that this repair was done at no charge; however, the leak did cause my utility bill to be higher and it was only a notice from the City that brought it to my attention.
Trenton has been very knowledgeable and professional to work with, and he and his helper today replaced two toilets in my home and corrected leaks that were coming from bad or worn seals and previous poor work by the tile installers. His work has been exemplary and he represents your company very well. Thank you!

Harrison came out today to perform routine maintenance on our extremely old unit. We knew it was in need of some TLC, so when he told us what it would take to keep it going, we were ready. He was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cooper's and Harrison. Thank you!

Overall the service was good from scheduling the appointment to technician arrival. Bo arrived as expected and followed my directions to attempt to fix the existing faucet. We ultimately agreed to replace the set. Bo took his time with install and did a good job. I am pleased with the finished product.

Can’t say enough how great Brad Baggett is for your team! He’s the ultimate professional and extremely knowledgeable and kind! I tell you what, I’d leave him with my children and he’d find a way to entertain them and finish the job with a big ole smile!!! Thanks Brad! Add Coopers install a new AC unit. They arrived the next day after receding the unit, installed it and has been working great. They left out condo in good shape putting the items around the unit back in their spot and left it all clean. Thank you!

Had a water leak at the main line going into my house, which another plumber came to my house twice to repair about 2 years ago.

Trenton came over about 2 hours later saw the issue of how the previous company did a Mario Brothers plumbing repair job and gave me several options to fix it. I went with the cheapest and quickest option as they were all considerably more than I had expected.

But everyone I talked to at the company had been present to deal with and I knew I needed this issue fixed.

Within an hour Trenton got the job done and was on his way.

I’ve attached a photo to show what was cut out and what was used to fix the issue. It’s day and night, but hopefully my leak stays fixed for a long time!

AI schedule my appointment 3 days in advance. No one showed in the 5 hour windows. Called and was told they come next business day, but 7 hours later still a no show. Very poor communication (I had to call them each time). Never got to find out if they did good work because I hired someone else who had a lower rate, provided a 1 hour windows vs 5 hour, and actually showed up.

Harrison was very courteous and explained everything to me. He and his assistant were very knowledgeable and did a very good job.

On October 16th, Travis and Lori came to my property to install a mini split unit in my garage. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. Everything was completed perfectly and with great attention to detail. Both technicians were highly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a mini split system.

Mr Jacob's was incredibly respectful and completed my repairs in a timely manner. He even explained current and future estimates to me. It was a zero pressure experience and I never felt the "car salesman" feeling when having items explained to me. Would highly recommend coopers plumbing especially if Mr Jacob's is your technician.

Fantastic service from Cooper’s. Joe was awesome! He replaced 3 toilets in our home in record time. The work was stellar and Joe was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Cooper’s for both HVAC and plumbing.

I had an emergency call to Cooper and they came out right away. Zack Johnson is professional and knowledgeable. He is also extremely polite and best of all he had extra water in his truck since my water was turned off. I highly recommend Cooper’s services.

Want to give an extra special thanks to Ryan, the service tech who came out to assess our situation. He was thorough, patient and went above ans beyond to get us situated. His customer service was top tier!

I called and made an appointment for leak detection and repair on the morning of Monday December 22nd for a leak outside of my 79 yr old mother’s home. For the $150 dispatch fee they sent someone who could not do leak detection. That person was out and due to the Christmas holiday we would have to reschedule for the next Monday. Ok- inconvenient but I get it. The following Sunday I get a confirmation text that they are coming but they never showed. I called at 4:55 only to find out the leak detection person still wasn’t there and they hadn’t bothered to even call and let me know so I could find another company to come. So we have been without water for over a week and they didn’t even have the courtesy to pick up the phone to say they had no intention of doing the work.

They came in and told me my problem was that my pipes were old and that I had to replace all my pipes but they didn’t even check anything first. I told them no and they charged me $159 to “diagnose” the wrong answer. Had another plumber come out the next day, he was here for a while, fixed the problem which was a simple clog, and charged me $273. Coopers is flaunting good service at good prices and neither their service nor their prices are good. They are changing for the worse and I do not recommend using them. Be better coopers. You used to be.

Recently, I had a plumbing issue and after calling numerous companies, Coopers were the only ones to actually come out and address the issue. Trent and Zack were my technicians and they were amazing! They laid out all of my options and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. No pressure to purchase to anything extra. Pricing was on point. Work was done quick but accurately. Shout out to Trent and Zack! They were very personable (which is rare these days) and we had several laughs! I’ve already scheduled my next project with them and I’m confident those two guys will not only get the job done but throw in a few jokes along the way! Great experience!

*update* we started the next project of removing my old shower doors with a more updated look. The shower looks great!
