Today was my Plumbing Inspection day. Josh M, my technician was punctual, explained everything in detail. He spoke in a language that I understood and what it took to correct some issues I was having. He was very thorough in explaining his write-up. I would recommend Cooper's Heating & Plumbing to anyone who needs heating and plumbing services.

Travis and Wesley came out and did a full A/C replacement with vent cleaning. They were very competent and professional, kept me well informed throughout the process and cleaned up after they were finished. Will continue using Coopers.

Our AC technician, Travis, was amazing! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping my mom. He explained everything clearly, took his time diagnosing the issue, and is even helping us locate warranty information from another company. It’s rare to meet someone so patient and professional. Great service all around!

Travis LeBlanc and his apprentice Caden were great to work with. They took the time to understand our air conditioning system and were very professional throughout the visit. Both wore foot protection to keep everything clean, and they thoroughly cleaned all the ducts and vents. They also pointed out that we don’t have surge protection but never pressured us to make a purchase. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing quality HVAC work.

I'm at the point now where I can't give them any stars. I bought the unit June of 2024. In November they came to do the fall cleanup on the unit they had to take the skirting off my mobile home to check something and never put it back on. I've been trying for the last 8 months to get it put back on. Now the unit doesn't cool. It runs full time 24/7 and it's 84 degrees in my house. A tech has come out and it worked for one day, it got down to 79. That works for one day. I'm now being told that I may have to pay to have them fix it. On a unit that's less than 1 year old. Sorry but while the installation was great and the people were nice they're continued service has been sorely lacking.

Brad Baggett did an absolutely outstanding job in identifying and explaining the issues with our air conditioning system. He explained to us the different ways to approach the problems.

Brad is courteous and is a total professional. He patiently answered all of our questions. He showed us the before and after photos of the repairs. The work was first rate. It was a pleasure to have him working in our home.

Ryan showed up on time and was very professional. He explained all the options and was very honest. I really appreciate when trades men know what they are talking about. Overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Joe was fantastic! When he arrived, he was polite and friendly. I walked him to the leak and showed him where it was and showed him where the shutoff was.

He was done in only a couple of hours and we had water again with no issues!

He explained about the "Cooper's Club" and we signed up on the spot, and he did the included plumbing review and hot water tank flush right away.

Fantastic service and extremely affordable pricing.

Can't go wrong!

LAURA STEPHENS did an amazing job and was 100% honest with me and didn’t try to hide anything bad.
I really appreciate her honesty and professionalism.
I even had another company ( won’t say their name but starts with a B ) come out and check it out and not only did they not show me pictures or tell me everything that was wrong with unit but they wanted to do more additional diags that cost $225 besides telling me what all was wrong that they encountered in their 1st daig.
Laura showed me pictures of what all she found while explaining to me what I was looking at.
She did an awesome job and made me feel confident in her work and she knew exactly what she was talking about.

Jonathan Bell came out and spent most of Saturday fixing our unexpected mess ( clog with backup and broken pipe which involved digging up the yard). He was so professional and helpful. No one wants to have an emergency but if you do, you want someone like him to save the day.

2/13/2025 update: To anyone considering using Cooper's Plumbing & Air after reading my reviews, I am happy to report the problem has been resolved and I believe there will be no further issues concerning the initial installation. I thank the entire crew, who from beginning to end, made sure my concerns would be resolved and I was a satisfied customer. That includes Daren F., Daniel (scheduling), Lisa S. (Customer Reviews Coordinator), and especially the installers, Harrison and Chris Amos. They are an excellent team and took their time to assess and then make the necessary adjustments for the filter as shown in attached photos. Complaining is not something I like to do, but I will give a chance to right things, which I'm thrilled Cooper's did. The reason I didn't give back all five stars is because the initial installers left knowing this would be an issue, and the time it took to get it resolved. I feel the company was genuinely concerned and wanted to make things right, which they did.
1 month update: The reply here said someone would reach out to me. So far nothing, although I did get a text asking if I would be available (a week ago) for someone to come out for an inspection. I replied I was available that week but Cooper's never again contacted me. I don't know what one has to do get get this company to fix what they failed to do at the initial installation and follow ups, but I do NOT recommend this company for any HVAC work at this point. Update: A year later and their service is lacking so they lost three stars. I have been trying to get Cooper's to fix the filter area ever since we had to replace the first filter a month after the initial installment. I've had them out at least once to address this with no fix except to give me a years worth of filters. Now they want to charge me $1400 to fix their improper placement that causes the filter to tear every time it needs to be pulled out to replace. Never mind it doesn't go in all the way properly either. For a $16,000 unit I expect it to work in every way!! In addition, I just had my final "free" check up and the tech failed to turn the outside breaker switch back on. No wonder my home has been blowing cold air during the cold snap! Initial review: Daniel was our service person when we needed an AC check. The response time was incredible (same day) and the work, information, and suggestions from Daniel were very helpful in making a decision to repair or replace. A most polite and enjoyable person, his customer service score is a 10! We were given enough information to make a comfortable decision within our budget.

I was a customer for a couple of years but began to experience poor service. The final straw was after I contacted Cooper's one Saturday evening to request an emergency appointment. I explained the situation including the fact that we had to turn off our water to prevent damage to our home. I was told the technician was finishing up on his lunch break but should arrive within 20-30 minutes. After an hour, I reached back out to get an ETA. The representative then told me that the technician was no longer able to come back out, but I could call on Monday to schedule an appointment. Once my Cooper's Club membership ended, I told them that I did not want anyone else to contact me because I would never do business with them again. I have asked via text and calls several times to stop mailing, texting and calling me with offers but they won't stop reaching out. Can someone from Cooper's please make this stop?! Zack Johnson is very professional, detail orientated and very meticulous. He takes pride in his job and ensure the homeowner understands everything.

Had a great experience with Coopers Plumbing & Air today! The two technicians, Harrison Woodrum and Jacob Brown, were fantastic, friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They explained everything clearly (including photos to document the specific concerns), worked quickly, and left the place spotless. Really appreciated their attention to detail and positive attitude. Highly recommend!
