Lost heat Dec 31 (New Year's Eve). Phoned trouble request. Harrison with Todd King mediately got back to me & Keegan quickly came out. The problem was an inoperative compressor. A new one was secured & installed by Gage & Keegan with least delay possible.

I had a fantastic experience with Todd King's Heating and Cooling, and I can’t say enough good things about Harrison! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire visit. Harrison arrived right on time and immediately got to work, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with the process. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out.

The company as a whole is just as impressive. They’re reliable, punctual, and clearly put their customers first. I also signed up for their service plan, and I’m so glad I did—it’s completely worth it for peace of mind. With regular maintenance taken care of, I no longer have to worry about unexpected issues popping up.

Gage Houston, of Todd King's Heating & Cooling, continues to be the best. He is very efficient, works fast, and really knows his stuff. He deserves a good pay raise and/or a promotion!

Gage also has a great sense of humor and is super friendly. He also takes the time to explain in detail what is going on with our AC/heating units, and how best to keep them running properly, for the long haul.

Todd King's is an outstanding company and always does an excellent job of keeping our units tuned, cleaned, and ready for the upcoming season.

We have been a customer for 3 years and are so happy. They are courteous, efficient, fair with pricing, very good about communicating with us prior to arrival and while at the house. Their service calls are always expedient when we have an issue. Wouldn’t trust my HCAC to any other company!!

Absolutely loved working with this company! Installed a pool heater for us. They were efficient, quick, and fair with price! Our kids have loved the heated pool. Highly Recommend.

Of course the coldest night of the year and I wake up at 3 in the morning with no heat,toughed it out to 8:10 in the morning and call Todd king heating and air, I used the once before and was very happy.called at 8:10 by 9 the repair guy was in my driveway,he looked over the situation and told me what I needed, I could see the problem plane as day I needed all new duct work.he gave me a fare price and I gave him the ok to do the work,by 415 when I got home they was done, Yard cleaned up no mess and when I walked in my house it was very comfortable.Just want to say these guys are great! Thanks for the fast response and professional service at a fare price! Your my guys from now on!

We had heater stop working on a cold night. After I called office, we had Gage come out the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a broken motor. While the part couldn’t arrive for 3 days, he lended us two space heaters . He returned at the planned date and replaced the motor. Excellent, courteous service by him and office staff.

My landlord set up our AC for maintenance with Todd King’s. I had a great experience. From scheduling to the polite and kind guy who came for service. We had a hard time finding the unit (which ended up under the house) and he was ready to hunt! I would 💯 recommend them!

We are so happy with Parker Services taking care of the heat/AC needs at our home since June of 2021. Here is just one way they shine: We have a mini split AC/heat in our sunroom that was installed incorrectly by another AC company. It has leaked water all over the floor for years! So we got recommendations from friends about who to call for help. Parker Services was the winning choice. We are so happy with the right person to fix our problem and correct the wrong that was done. No, we did not need a new/different system. Donald fixed our problem completely. He told us about the problem that caused all the head ache. We are so grateful for Donald's skill and Parker Services!

Our air conditioner died on us and we decided to switch companies. We ended up picking parker services. They were always on time and communicated well. They have great technicians that are knowledgeable and answer any questions you have. They also know come out to check their work 6 months after install free of charge. Highly recommend if you want a trustworthy HVAC company.

I always recommend Parker Services to others. They do a great job, but more importantly they are honest. When you call for air conditioning services they will only fix what is necessary and never try to sell you a new system like most others.

Chris Bailey came in to help diagnose a complicated and new Bosch 2.0 Inverter Heat pump system issue, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he was able to quickly diagnose [while also spending a lot of time making sure it worked well] and repair the issue that had been causing problems for weeks and skyrocketing my electric consumption. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.

Throughout the entire process, Chris was friendly, reliable, and efficient, and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to getting the job done right.
