Alex was the one who came out to our house. He was professional, quick, and also took the time to explain things in detail and depth and even answered questions about what certain things did. He worked quickly and efficently cleaning the coil and had all the tools needed to get things done with him. He came out fast showed up on time and took the time to take pictures as he went as well to help let us see what was going on to. Really appreciate all the hard word these people do.

The representative, Jess, who came to the house was very professional and very helpful. She responded to all my requests and even made a few helpful suggestions of her own. At her recommendation, she voluntarily crawled under the house into the tiniest places to take pictures of the duct work. You've got to admire a woman in this line of work. We need more like her!

It was v superb service. The technician was smart, quick and found the problem. A rat had chewed through the wiring and caused a short. It was not easy to find it, but he crawled under the house, up in the hot attic and outside until he found the short circuit. I am very impressed.

AC not cooling. With temps in the mid 90s and a 7 month old baby at home we needed it fixed today. Neither of the two companies we had used in the past could make it until tomorrow afternoon. My wife called Whaley's, explained the situation with the baby and within 2 hours a technician was onsite. He identified the issue and had it fixed in less than a 1/2 hour. Thank you so much for your fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. We now have a new go to company for all of our heating and AC needs!

Woke up AC not working, called around to a few places I googled for repair, none could come today. Tried Whaley H&A said could be here in less than an hour, for a reasonable rate. Aron their technician showed up in less than 30 minutes, asked a few questions and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, a bad capacitor. I have a second unit that has not been working for some time, Aron asked the state of it and asked to take a look, and was able to get it online in less than 10 minutes. This made my month as I was under the impression that it would need to be completely replaced at a high cost. Total price of fixing both AC units entirely reasonable. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Whaley H & A

He climbed up into the crawl space, reset the fuse, and reminded me again to be better at replacing the filters.
