Arrived on time as scheduled. Completed entire replacement in one long day. Made some improvements to the previous system that homeowner requested. Tested system and cleaned up before leaving. Install crew was friendly and courteous. Install looks good.

The technician Mike arrived promptly, listened to our concerns and got to work straight away. He found an issue that would be a problem when the Warm temperatures return to Tallahassee. He had the part on hand, Gave us a fair price and asked for our approval to replace. Mike was friendly, courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to request he come back for any other issues we may have with this older home.

AND services was very helpful when my kitchen sink was clogged recently. They came the same day I called and fixed the problem. Deysha was extremely helpful over the phone, and Jonathon and his apprentice did a wonderful job fixing the problem. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Bailey Prince 🤴 I put an appointment request in this morning for 9-11am. I received a phone call maybe 5 minutes later confirming and getting more details. I received another around 9:30 confirming again and to let me know to give tech a couple hours and they will call en route. Got the call at 10:18 and it was Bailey. He left me with a work up of different options for my landlord and I didn't have to pay for him to come out. I was expecting to. I highly recommend And Services as this was my 1st time calling, the professionalism is outstanding and I will definitely spread the word!

I was told someone would be available same day to come out and fix my sink. 10 minutes later the dispatcher called to inform me service was suspended in my area. No subsequent information. No reference to anyone that could help. Just "we aren't sending anyone"

Second morning after Hurricane Debby. Called And Services because AC fan wasn't blowing the cold air. Mathew from Tallahassee came out that same morning. He replaced the fan motor. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got the unit blowing cold air that morning. We deeply appreciate Mathew and gladly recommend And Services for your AC needs.

Your company called and canceled appointment for today and wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. Very disappointed. Toilet leaking as wax ring failed. We waited over an hour. Won't call your company again.

Service was great and performed flawlessly by 2 team members. They had a great deal of knowledge about how the system was to be installed. Andy , the sales representative for AND services was great to deal with. He mad the deal seamless. They showed up on time and wore shoe covers and put down protective floor covers. I would use them again

The customer service for scheduling and service technician was great! However the price
mark-up on the Goodman Air Conditioner compressor fan motor was disappointing to say the least. A $150 - $200 dollar electric motor cost me a $1,000 bucks off the service truck. Because this was my first time using this company,…I will probably not utilize AND in the future due to the high cost of parts off their service truck. Nevertheless,...my AC unit got repaired the same day in a timely manner.

Jim was very courteous, polite, and professional. He listened patiently to my concerns and allayed my fears. He is an excellent customer service representative.
