I was having an issue with humidity build-up in my home and the A/C wasn’t cooling well. Watts’s came out for an evaluation and all I needed was a tap-off of refrigerant…Thank God!!! The technician, Richard, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Watts for your excellent service. If you are having A/C, heating or plumbing issues, I highly recommend Watts 👍🏾

Why call the big names for all of the work, small companies do just as well, my call today made me really see that it doesn't take all of the commercials and Well known names to receive the best quality service. Watts from beginning to end was extremely professional and rapid. I can't believe the turn around from the time I called to the time I received the service requested. I am so pleased with Watts and will for now on call WATTS 1st whenever I need anything fixed or inspected. Thank you WATTS LLC you guys rock!!!!!

Quick response and quality work, no issues there. The plumber and his assistant were friendly and professional. However, this company's invoice does not provide any breakdown of the charges. They wrote a short story about the work done and a flat number. I've only seen that done with a handy-man, not from a specialized-service company. My initial inquiries to the office about the bill were met with a little defensiveness, but Carrie (owner) reached out and provided good customer service and closer attention to the bill, which also lowered it...which kind of makes the point that unless you provide a solid estimate customers are left wondering what it is they just paid for when the bill comes. Points for a business with an owner who cares enough to engage with clients.

On time, professional and genuinely cares about the customer's best interest. Richard was professional and informative, per usual. Class act in providing service, wish I had more issues just so I can call them. Elevating service experience in the local industry if you ask me. If they are not the biggest operator in plumbing & HVAC in Tallahaseee, they should be.

Fast forward, one of our A/C units stopped working. We called Watts about 5pm. They were able to send Richard out right away. He arrived right at 6pm, by 6:22pm we were up and running. Richard was very knowledgeable and diaginosed the problem quickly. Watts is our go to company for all things plumbing annd HVAC

They did a great job accessing the problem with my AC Unit. They also took the lead to contact the manufacturer for the warranty parts on my unit. Professional and great at communicating. I received a text message and email when my service was scheduled and when then the technician was on his way to my house.

Excellent customer service - Rebecca is fabulous. She's understanding and professional. Always has a smile in her voice. The service technician (Mike) was prompt and efficient. Kept us informed of his arrival time, and once he arrived, he did what he was there to do.

I won't go with anyone else. I've been using Watts for 9 years. They have saved me multiple times and they are all such a joy to work with. Richard is so nice and knowledgeable, and the owner, Carrie, is so kind and helpful. They have monthly maintenance plan options so you can spread the maintenance costs out throughout the year, which is an amazing idea, honestly. I highly, highly, highly recommend Watts. Can't go wrong!

Another 5 stars rating for Watts Cooling, Heating & Plumbing! This time, my call was for plumbing issues. Previously, it was the HVAC. The few times I've had to call for service, everyone has been so polite, helpful and professional. I've found this company to be very reliable, competent and their services are priced right -- no breaking the bank. Communication is key, and options are discussed with you. My plumbing tech was on-time, polite and thorough in trouble-shooting my plumbing issues. It was easy conversing with him and OMG was he ever so neat and tidy. The work area was left very clean (inside and out). I appreciate his diligence to solve the issue and not provide a quick fix. It was easy conversing with the tech and I learned a little something about my drain and pipes. Yes, I highly recommend this company.
