Great experience with Marcus at Whaley Heating. I was looking for a reputable and affordable company to troubleshoot and fix my AC. A friend has used Whaley for several years both at home and her commercial property and has always had a positive outcome. I texted them and after a brief text exchange of questions about what was happening we set up an appointment. I appreciated that Marcus was able to come out the next afternoon. He was super polite and promptly started the inspection. He explained what he saw and what would fix the issue. He was here for over two hours, charged me a reasonable repair fee and my AC is working fine ever since!
I am going to call them to add a cold air return in a bedroom to fix the airflow problem there. I definitely recommend calling them for any kind of problem you are having with your heat or AC!

We are so appreciative of the quickness and quality of work from Air and Heat of North Florida. Our AC stopped functioning late Friday afternoon. We called the company to diagnose and fix the issue. Kevin, the owner of the company, came out the next morning, within 18 hours of our call. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burnt out capacitor, and the system was back functioning as normal by late morning. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I am writing this review in response to an issue I had when Air & Heat of North Florida, LLC was called by my apartment complex to repair my A/C unit.
On April 28th Air & Heat of North Florida, LLC was called to my apartment complex to repair my A/C unit in my apartment.

My apartment complex manager let the technicians into my apartment. Since the issue had been ongoing.

While there, the technicians failed to avoid damages or any housekeeping responsibilities that they caused after their work was complete. When I returned home the day my home was not the way I left it.
They somehow knocked over a bottle of hot sauce and it splattered the wall and floor in my dining area. There were no attempts to clean up the spill. In addition, they removed a wall fixture and did not put it back in its place.

These things may be minor to most people but when a company sends workers into your home, and they have no regard or respect for you space is a huge issue to me.

After speaking to the manager of the complex I  reached out to Air & Heat on May 1st and spoke with Kevin who I believe is the owner or a manager he did not specify. about this situation and his response was unapologetic and quite rude.

He rudely advised that the workers did nothing wrong, and they left the apartment the way they found it.

I understand there is no compensation for this nor do I need any. An apology and the opportunity to advise their workers to be mindful of the client's home were all I wanted to relay. But his rudeness and unprofessionalism were on full display.
My suggestion, if you use these people, please be sure to be at home when they arrive to do work. This was unfortunate but necessary. My issues were minor but the next time it could be more serious.
If I owned my own home, I would not call this company to do any work for me.

A few years ago I had Watts install a new AC system in my home. I'm from up north (been down here for years now) but I had MANY questions and they guys were patient with me. Just recently I had a plumbing issue and was VERY happy to find out Watts is now doing plumbing. Their staff is very kind and friendly. I'm certain I ask to many questions but they put up with me and I appreciate it. I wish I could give them more stars on their review. If you are looking for repair work to be done at a decent rate stop. Watts is the place to call.

Same day service was a wonderful surprise. Ron was cost conscious and knowledgeable of possible fixes. He clearly explained the existing problem and complications that come with it.

Watts is a class act all the way. Not only were they obvious experts, who educated me about how to get the most from my hot water heater, they were an absolute pleasure to be around. Thanks especially to Ron. I'd trust him with my children.

Joe was very professional. Watts provided a quick response for a hot water heater fix. Also, while on-site they checked my AC ducts and made reasonable recommendations for preventative care. I’d recommend them.

Great experience. Once I showed him where everything was, he took it from there. Good service and the AC is definitely running a little bit more efficiently right now. Definitely recommend.

Rebecca was the best help with listening to our problem and helping us figure out the best, most reasonable solution. She sent us a tech (Richard) within the hour (which was greatly appreciated seeing as how we have four small children and it was 93 in our house) and he fixed the problem rapidly. He was personable and professional. Both he and Rebecca were absolutely amazing from start to finish! I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family!

Update! The system for the second day wanted to stop cooking the house, Richard came right back over and addressed the problem and resolved it promptly! He and Rebecca are our heroes!!!

Richard came out fixed the problem in my old heat pump. He explained what to expect in the future and is sending me quotes on new units if I decide to go that direction.

Watts Service is Always an absolutely superb experience.

Staff in office and technician in home exceed customer expectations in every respect EVERY TIME.

I recently had Watts perform a full AC replacement for a loved one, and their service was outstanding. On the same day, I also referred them to help a friend whose child has special needs and could not be without air conditioning. Watts — and in particular, Richard — truly went above and beyond. My friend was so grateful, she called me in tears to express her appreciation for the kindness and reasonable pricing of the technicians. My loved one was equally thankful for the excellent service.

Additionally, the office staff at Watts have been incredibly helpful, especially as I frequently refer friends and family who are looking for trustworthy and reliable HVAC support. Thank you, Watts, for consistently delivering such exceptional service.

Updated.. I've now had Richard work on another unit for me. Once again Watts stepped up to the plate and saved my life. The office is extremely diligent and understanding. Richard came with a smile on his face and callouses on his hands. Any good technician will have brutally calloused hands as it shows that they have had YEARS worth of experience and knowledge and he truly does. Seeing him work truly brings tears to my eyes. If you need truly compassionate care with a reasonable price, Watts truly is the best. A huge thank you to the administration for squeezing me in yesterday. I know it was hard to get me scheduled but I REALLY appreciate it.

I've known Richard the technician for 13 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with him. I had a rather unusual request as I wanted not one but THREE ductless mini split systems installed in my elderly mom's home. I wanted it installed during the summer AND I wanted her to still have AC by her old former unit while they were installing the new ones. The old one was a traditional ac, whereas the new ones are the ductless type. The job was complicated to say the least. My mom is quite picky and prefers her technicians to be professional and clean. This is particularly hard as technicians typically work in dirty conditions and are typically covered in sweat. Nonetheless, Richard as usual, came and did the estimate and job within a reasonable amount of time. He also took care of my mom and updated her when there were complications. He had two helpers and they did an amazing job drilling through her walls, installing the units. The job was enormous by residential standards but nonetheless doable. His staff took all garbage with them and even refused to drink water or use her restroom despite offering them my mom's hospitality. The units are pristine. Her home smells so much better now that she has new ac's. The whole job was seriously complicated and absolutely had some bumps in the road... but nonetheless, Richard knew what needed to be done and addressed the bumps with the finesse of a fine seasoned employee. He may not own Watt's Cooling, Heating and Plumbing, but he absolutely owns his reputation of being a kind upstanding gentleman with an eye on detail and a respect for his customers. I cannot say enough good things about Richard and his team. Thank you soooooo much for taking care of my mom. I am a customer for life.

The gas technicians were extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious in their work. Calling them for hookup of my new propane stove my was without a doubt the smartest thing I did this week! I would highly recommend calling this company for service.

Amazing service and a great price! I talked to Carrie over the phone, she was super helpful and overall gave some great customer service. She made sure our emergency water problem got fixed that same day it happened. Also Kyle was extremely helpful he got the problem fixed as fast as possible, and was a cool guy.

Overall I’d totally recommend Watts, my experience with them was great!

Man who came for service-I felt comfortable with his level of expertise. (I think it's odd that they sent his picture, for security I s'pose, in advance and then a second person whom was never introduced to me, was maybe the assistant or trainee.)
Price-totally reasonable and worth every penny.

Our AC went out twice during the evening, and a tech arrived within 45 minutes to deal with the problem. We are very impressed with how quickly he got to us, especially since it was well after hours. Thank you immensely to the tech and to Watts for helping us during these extremely hot days and nights!

Richard was very good and professional. He gave us tips to seal off leaks in our home that were putting extra demand on air conditioning unit. Highly recommend!!

I called Tuesday at 4:00 about our issue, and they has availability to help us as early as 10 a.m. the following morning! Ron was timely - Showed up exactly when he was scheduled to. He was also knowledgeable and helped educate us on the issue he helped us fix. Would highly recommend to anyone!
