I messed up and put fish scales down my garbage disposal so I made an appointment for tomorrow and Jim called me and was so nice and actually set the appointment for later on today! It was a surprise and I will definitely use this company in the future, as well, for any other issues, I have. Thanks!

The company actually has a person who answers the phone. They set up a technician to be at my house within a few hours which is really great. Most companies have an answering machine and when you do talk to someone they say they will be out in a couple of days . This company is awesome highly recommended them over their competitors

Great communication from initial call. Antoin, the assigned technician, was very knowlegeable and personable. He made a thorough diagnosis of the plumbing issues and tackled the job with gusto. In short order, plumbing issues were resolved and my stress level reduced!! Thank you, Antoin and AND Services.

Derek and Andrew were great! They arrived in a timely fashion, and got right on it. They diagnosed the problem, double checking everything to ensure they have the correct culprit. They switched out the part and had me back in coolville. Both were total professionals. I highly recommend Derek and Andrew and And services.

I had an amazing experience with this company, AND Services! The customer service was excellent and Jonathan did a great job while trying to fix my water heater and ultimately deciding it needed to be replaced. He worked above and beyond getting this task done. I highly recommend this company.

I am so grateful to have booked an on line appointment for Monday. To my surprise I received a phone call asking if I wanted someone to come out to help in a couple of hours. I was stunned. A portable air conditioner was brought over so we could sleep. "The guys" are here putting the unit back together. I never would have expected such service so fast. This has to be data phishing.... No way it's a legitimate company. There were a couple red flags during my initial call for AC service, but I'm postpartum exhausted and ignored my intuition. I was given an appointment window of 2-4 hours. The office called at the 3.5 hour mark to tell me they don't service Tallahassee.... But the website says they service Leon county, and I got the company name from a recommendation in a local FB group. Ugh! Wasted my entire afternoon waiting for nothing. I should have looked at Google reviews first. I ended up calling Red Hills HVAC, a REAL, local, small business, instead.

The young lady Deysha, I spoke to was very nice & friendly. She answered my questions with ease & made me feel comfortable with this company. Very flexible with setting dates & times...it's truly for your convenience.

I have posted and deleted my review for And Services several times. I have had over 8 service calls for my unit that I purchased in 2020. My unit has had so many different techs working on it. The integrity of my unit has been compromised. I got home today and my unit is out again. Shame on you And Services. Just give me a new unit. The amount of work hours, parts, mileage, and time. You could have replaced my unit by now. Frustrated and very unhappy customer. I have been more than understanding. If this was your family you would want it done right the first time. I am a single parent and saved my money to purchase my unit. So I don’t have money to give away.

Mackayla and Johnathan came to my home did all the services. They are wonderful tech persons. They are not only professional, but very nice, patience in personality. They left me a very good impression that this company should be the best in this area and will have a bright future. Thank you so very much for all the helps. I called AND Services for plumbing services. They answered right away and scheduled techs to come out. The techs called me and we agreed that next morning worked best. Frankie and Jason were the 2 techs and they were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, very thorough, extremely polite, and overall just nice people to deal with.
Most importantly they figured out what was going wrong, explained in detail what they could do to solve the issue, gave several options and then did the work efficiently…and solved the issue.
Because of these two, I would call AND Services. every time and also recommend them to others in Wakulla or Leon county.
NOTE: AND Services…I don’t normally leave reviews unless the service or product is exceptional. Take care of these 2 guys. It is difficult to find competent people these days that do a great job and take pride in their service and trade.

Love this company they fixed my ac system installing a new one with extra add on for a great price! Now are about to do some water fixing for me and then possible septic work too. I can't say enough good things especially about, Jason and Frank have top tier customer service and are simply amazing people to have representing your company. I look forward to many years with AND servicing our home.

Spoke with Jim who contacted me within 5 mins. Of my requesting an appointment. He was very cheerful and courteous and booked me for my preferred appointment time.

Called and made an appointment and they were extremely nice and courteous. As for services, I can't really rate because when I was quoted $344.00 to simply wire a replacement thermostat on my heat pump I said no way. I ended up getting my thermostat wired and a service contract on.my unit from Kieth Key for less than AND Services wanted just to hook up the thermostat. Si they may be nice on the phone, the prices are outrageous.

Woke up to a cold home this morning. Hoping for the best, I called AND Services. I couldn't have received a better customer service representative than Paige. She was fast, polite, clear with her words and very professional. Thank you, Paige, for your outstanding service this morning! Waiting on technician now. I will update after.

She was so compassionate in making sure I knew I'd soon be out of the hot apartment I've been living in. Very disappointed! We called a day in advance to request assistance with a leak and were assured that someone would come the next day. Despite receiving a follow-up call confirming their arrival, no one ever showed up. We waited and waited, but they never came.
