Service guy never showed, he was supposed to come between 4 and 6pm, I called at 6pm for an up date and was told I was next and that my service guy had just finished a job. An hour later 7pm, I called back and was told they had to switched to another guy because and I quote, " gave up hope" I guess on him coming. I never got an update of any changes until I called. I then moved my appointment to the next day and was told he would be at my residence at 3pm. Of course he wasnt and again no update. I called at 4pm and was told that the service guy had 2 jobs before me. After I cleared my day both days waiting for nothing. I think this was very unprofessional, when I spoke with the young lady that schedules the work orders she didnt seem to be very concerned. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or love ones. Needless to say, I canceled and seeking another professional company!

Mr.James was very nice and polite. He explained everything that he was going to do before hand. I have had no more problems with my toilet or shower

I was having a problem with my A/C system and as a new home owner in Tallahassee I wasn’t sure what to do, I went on Google and the first place that popped up was AND services, they had great reviews so I went for it and called, I spoke with a representative named Jim, not only was he very kind and understanding he was also very knowledgeable and helpful, he provided me with same day service. I am very grateful for his help and very grateful that this company was able to provide great service.

Amazing service from Vigen a couple weeks ago. We were his last call of the day, but he stayed late to ensure everything was working properly. Even when we thought the issue was fixed, he continued diagnostics to verify that we wouldn't have any further issues. Would definitely recommend!

I take back everything I said about AND plumbing I called them Friday afternoon. They said somebody would be out to hook up my refrigerator within 2 to 4 hours. They called me like an hour later and said nobody could come. I said OK they would send somebody out today which would be Saturday morning between nine and 11 I called at 11 and then an hour, every time frame that he wasn’t there, they said he was on another job but he promised he would be there. I won’t tell you what he told me when he finally showed up at 6:15 at night but said he couldn’t do the job and it would have to wait till Monday. It would cost me $2700. The refrigerator wasn’t worth $2700.

And Services was the only company that could provide us same day service for a plumbing issue we had. We were initially told our plumber would be at our home around 2:30 and then got pushed to 6:00 and once again got pushed to 8:15 at night. While this may have upset some people, I was just thankful that after an obviously longer than anticipated day, our technician still made the trip to our home well into the evening to take care of our problem. Jonathan Hermosillo did an awesome job and got it done very quickly as well. He was clearly very qualified and had years of experience and knowledge. He took a look at the issue and found the problem. He talked to my wife and I about the cost and the work he would need to do. There was no sort of upselling or vague explanations. He was honest, transparent and very fair about what needed to be done. I felt that the pricing was fair and justified for the work that needed to be performed. He did the work that night and was able to get on his way back home by 9:45. I appreciate so much him and his apprentice coming out so late into the evening after working a very, very long day. They had positive attitudes and a will to get the job done quickly but also correctly. I'll absolutely be using them again should the need arise. And I fully suggest anyone reading this review to consider the same. Great company, excellent customer service and dispatchers and great techs!!

I made an appt online for service to my AC and was contacted to schedule an appt almost immediately. My technicians Frankie and Jason were amazing. They assessed my AC and determined that the line was clogged. we had great conversation and they taught me how to keep up the maintenance to help prevent the issue from happening again. They were so awesome! The pricing was also reasonable for the service provided. I would def recommend this company and my new friends Jason and Frankie!!! :) thank you!

If I could give a zero star 🌟 I would. I called them 2:20 PM and told someone would call me back and someone would be at my house within 2 to 4 hours, I didn't get a call or text or anything and now it 6:31 PM and too late to call someone else. I called them back and then they tell me that they can't service my area after I waited over 4 hours for nothing. They completely wasted my time and prevented me from getting someone to come take of my problem. This is very bad business and I will never call them again. I took a chance even after I saw many people saying and posted reviews about the same thing. I now know that those reviews was very real and true accurate reviews and posts. Very bad business and service 🤬🤬😡😡😤😤

Jim responded quickly, was very courteous and efficient at clarifying my issue, it's urgency, and effectively outline the next steps to address the situation in the next two to four hours. Very polite and concise. Very much appreciate working with people of that caliber. Grazie

AND Services had to replace our gas hot water heater. My husband and I had the BEST SERVICE EVER with T. J., the service technician who came to our home. He was so kind, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable and provided more than 5 star service. We also appreciate Veronica for great customer service.

I had a leaky toilet and needed to fix it in three days due to some expected guest. I got two phone quotes, one for $145, not at the required time, and the other for $170, plus parts, for the same day needed. AND Services advertised same day service and free estimate. AND Service kept on failing the appointment date and changing the time. They took over 48 hours to show and they gave me a $395 quote (more than double that what I was quoted by others). By the time they showed up, I had lost the opportunity to contact the other quote, so I was forced to pay them. I do not recommend them at all.

Just found out I had a leak, and spoke with Jasmine! OMG, she was amazing! She was polite, kind and actually listened to my issue. I was not feeling so great with the plumbing issue, but it was so great to have a person provide such great customer service, and be kind at a time like this! I think I thanked you, prior to getting off the call, I want to say it AGAIN "thank you! " for what you do and your impeccable customer service! Thank you for being efficient, diligent and willing to help resolve my issue!

Impeccable service. Came to fix the water heater within a day. They made my call such a priority that they came at 9:30 at night instead of coming in the morning. You can’t go wrong with this company. They answered all questions I had. Would recommend them to anyone. Will use this service again.

I will NEVER call this company again for a service call! I called at 10am for someone to come and look at a leak in my garage. They gave me a 2-4 hour window, which was fine! But no one showed up in that time frame!! After SEVERAL calls to get an ETA, the technician finally came at about 8pm!!! 10 hours from the time I made the call!!! Then he gave me a ridiculously inflated estimate, just to replace ONE pipe!! Over$1000!!! I told him No!! I then called another plumbing company who came out immediately and told me the leak seems to be coming from next door and NOT my pipes!!(I have an attached town house). So GLAD I didn't have AND plumbing cut into my wall for no reason!!!

I spoke with Andy to schedule an appointment on air duct cleaning and any defects and damages incomplete by some other company on air duct as a second opinion. Andy was very helpful and positive and scheduled same day appointment today to look into matter for my merchandise.

After few minutes Lady named 'Ann' called me saying that technician is not available in Jacksonville stating Andy is new and she apologized for miscommunication from Andy and she said she will call in next couple of months when service is open in requested area

Absolutely horrible, would give 0 stars if it let me. Installed my system just over 1 year ago, on the morning my father died. I have had nothing but trouble with the system. They refused to leave my galvanized duct work, rats have chewed through the cheap crap they put in. When I requested they leave it, they said they would refuse to install. They told me this as I was getting the phone call my father was found dead on the floor. It's 82 degrees in my house, all the time, won't cool below that, all fans full blast. I'm older and take care of an elderly family member. We're sitting here cooking. I've spent a small fortune with another company trying to get it functional, but AND screwed this up bad. I'm out of repair funds. They now say they don't service Tallahassee. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy and am seeking legal recourse, thank heavens for prepaid legal plans.

We had an emergency situation arise with our outside faucet… it wouldn’t shut off, and the hose wouldn’t come off the faucet as well!

We called German at AND Services and he scheduled us on the spot… the tech is scheduled to arrive within 3-4 hours.

Water intrusion can cause extensive damage, and run your water bill through the roof.

We’re excited to see what the guys will do to get this taken care of today!

I had a very bad experience when I called them out to fix my ac unit. They said they could fix it and charged me 767 when it wouldn’t work they said they would reimbursed me the amount but never did. When I call to talk to anyone now about the reimbursement, no one picks up the phone or return the call. Disappointed in their customer service and taking advantage of peoples money.
