Scott showed up on time and had the maintenance done in a timely manner! Even went as far as to point out another problem I may have soon with my system and walked me through the steps to fix that issue! And Ofcourse he got that fixed as well!! Prices were great and affordable!! Over all first time experience with this company is great! I will definitely be a returning customer for all my needs!!

I Highly recommend Tallahassee Air. Their prices were unbeatable but more importantly their customer service was beyond exceptional. Our AC went out on a weekend and after hours and we had portable air conditioners delivered to us within an hour and they began working immediately. All technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They made sure to leave our home cleaner then it was when they arrived. My house has never been cooler. Thanks guys!!!!

I live in Tallahassee in Huntington Woods. Huntington Woods is an older neighborhood. My house is over 20 years old and had the original A/C unit. Needless to say it was on the fritz. Guess we were very lucky it lasted as long as it did.
I had a great experience, after searching all over town and the Internet, these guys were easy to work with and had the best prices. They were able to do a same day service for me which helped with an uncomfortable and pregnant wife. They gave us a better unit than what we had. We got a better system than what we had looked at elsewhere, and they gave us a better price. They also gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty which provides us with total piece of mind, 365 days a year for 10 years. We LOVE our new A/C unit, it's so much colder than the old one. The wife is happy so I'm happy. We will be recommending them to everyone.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tallahassee Air for your AC needs. Our unit stopped working over the Labor Day weekend and a technician was out within hours. Ryan Houston did and excellent job of explaining the issue and our options. He was very friendly and polite and fixed the problem in a timely and thorough manner. We were so impressed with the service that we signed up for a maintenance membership and will be using Tallahassee Air to install a new unit. Thanks, Ryan!

Addendum: Ryan also installed our new unit, and despite a few ordering snafus he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible, providing us with a portable unit for the bedroom and working well into the morning hours to get the job done. Ryan has an impressive work ethic and should be commended for the excellent customer service he provides.
