Perfect. My antique electrical system was so old that the breaker box is not even made anymore. They spent the day replacing everything that was not what it ought to be and now I can stop wondering when the power will act up, and just enjoy a perfectly functional house. They have been a real blessing. I can't exaggerate how well they worked to restore service to my home.🎉

My hot water heater was spewing water!! A definite emergency, couldn’t turn it off because of rust on the shut off valve. I called Peaden (never used them before) but I googled “hot water heater repair” and their name came up. It was a pleasure dealing with them from my initial call to request service, to the repairman Michael Shields, showing up within the hour. He and his partner, Medford Johnson, stopped the spewing of water and identified the problem(s) and got us hot water for the night. They will come tomorrow to change out hot water heater and repair pipe to water meter which was also leaking. Their customer service is #1 in the business. I cannot thank Peaden AC, Plumbing and Electric enough. We purchased our first home in July and didn't have hot water since our move in. We tried getting another company out three times and they failed us. I am so glad I found this company online-they got it DONE! Shane was so wonderful. He came in to inspect-our heating element was shot so it was time for a new water heater. He told us he wasn't sure when we could get it in but he called his manager and they said next day. Daniel and Bryson were the Very Best installers ever. They knew what they were doing and put up with me all day asking questions!!! They both are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to installing Heat Pumps and Air Handlers. I Highly Recommend Peaden. I also want to say we called Peaden at 3:30 in the afternoon, and a man was here before 5pm. The new unit was installed the next day. No way service like that can be beat!!!

Winston was my service guy from Peaden. Very nice young man. He kept me updated on arrival and arrived on time. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what the problem was with my electrical and replaced it. Answered all my questions and offered other services they have as well. Thanks Peaden!

Justin did a great job taking care of our electrical needs. He 1st came out, quoted us a price on everything. He was scheduled to come back the following week to do the work, but a scheduling change on our part caused someone else to come out. A few things were missed and we called the company and had Justin come back the next morning. He took care of the few things that were missed by the other guy and we were very happy about that. The pricing was a little high in my opinion but Justin did a great job and hopefully their high prices are so they can pay their employees well. I would definitely recommend Justin. Also, he has a great personality and a lot of patience.

Easy to talk to about several of my plumbing needs, and I felt Shane was open and honest on his evaluations. Winston conducted an electrical inspection with courtesy, throughness and professionalism. I'm also impressed with the courtesy, and follow through and follow up by the company. I look forward to working with Peaden on future repairs and upgrades.

Have gotten HVAC, electric, and plumbing all through them, and been very happy with each visit. Each technician has been prompt, friendly, efficient, happy to explain what they’re doing without scare mongering, and worked with me to plan what is a good idea down the line vs more immediate. Worked with Shane for plumbing, Scott for HVAC, Justin for electric.

So far the monthly membership has also been proving a good deal, has helped on cost a lot.

I’ve had service from Peaden for my ac/heating unit that was on its way out. When it hit its last leg. Daniel Eppes came out was very helpful in explaining in details what had happened and how much the cost would run to get it repaired. He was very professional gave very helpful information and offered for a consultant to come out and explain and go over the different plans which was available. I was able to be approved for a new unit.

Justin Stevens was a kind and generous serviceman that truly seemed to care about resolving the electrical situation I was confronted with. That being said, he was the only positive thing from this interaction. There is a mandatory 90$ dispatch fee they disclose beforehand, then quote you at outrageous prices for what they describe as “simple” work so that you either fork up 1000$ or pay the mandatory fee. They quoted me at $1336 for a ceiling fan installation that I was able to complete in 30 minutes immediately after Justin left. If you are expecting fair or cheap prices, call a local or smaller handyman.

I will be reporting this business due to the fact the plumber came out didn’t even turn on the water to look at every bit of the problem. Charge me almost $700 to fix it elbow and I still have water pouring out the side of my house and pouring out of the bathroom area and he saw the bathroom area. I will be reporting this business. not only just that I called up there twice. No one answered just got an automated response. I am a 24 year-old woman who got ripped off
