Tyler was very professional and personable. He was most helpful in explaining all of our options and answering all of our questions regarding replacement of our current HVAC system.
The installation team arrival was timely. The staff was knowledgeable and clear when explaining how to set and control the system. Cleanup was thorough and they left the area cleaner than they found it.

Harper Revell installed two units at our home. Scott, Jack, Chris and Sam were great. Arrived on time and even early. Completed the work before the weekend. Also installed surge protectors for each unit. We trust Harper Revell been using them for years.

Service technician Scott was great. Called to tell me he could come earlier if it was ok with me. He arrived, explained how he would clean dryer vent and performed task in a timely manner. Very polite.

Max provided excellent services including the reasonable pricing, HVAC knowledge, quick responses for my questions, and he had the unit installed and running perfectly in less a week. His crew led by Samuel did a great job on installation and no mess left behind, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, one installer accidentally left the gate of the cat enclosure
opened (they should not enter the cat enclosure, which has two obvious pet doors to the house, in the first place). 7 of my cats were out when I got home, and only 4 of them came home for me. The 3 cats that are still missing were feral and new to my home after they were trapped and neutered and spayed. I don't know if they'll ever want to come home once they run free. I have been taking care of the neighborhood cats for 23 years and every one of them means dearly to me.

Oh where do I start. We had Harper Revell come to our home as our AC unit was not blowing cold air. The heating was blowing warm air but no cold air when unit switched to AC. The technician advised us our "blower was not working" and would need to be replaced (our unit only has one blower) and advised us our 13 year only HVAC system should "really be replaced". I requested a quote for repairs only and not a new systems, paid the $125.00 for the "service" call, and received a repair quote for $1,600.00+. The next day I had a different local company come by to evaluate and provide a diagnosis on the issue. We were told the blower is working fine (not a surprise) and we just need freon. THAT'S IT!!

Shame on you Harper Revell, do better by your customers!

Harper Revell is the best. They are local which I love. Very professional. Nick, Sam, Scott S, Lazaro and Chris are the best. Very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. I think their pricing is very reasonable. You can’t go wrong with Harper Revell!
