Absolutely horrible communication. My 7 months old heating system - installed by Franklin for a lot of money - failed during the recent hard freeze, and Franklin couldn't care less. They do not answer calls, emails, texts. Totally unreliable. They left me high & dry without heat in freezing weather for days on end, and don't even bother answering to texts or emails, which takes like 5 seconds. It's impossible to speak to a live person there. They sure are quick to take your money upon the install, but go MIA when you need them to honor their warranty. Worst AC contractor I ever dealt with, by a mile.

This company is amazing. It is run by a husband and wife team. They are sensitive to all their customers need. They are very honest. And will treat you with respect. Prices are not high. I have used them them several times and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I will not call any other company to take care of my home!

I highly recommend this company. My system went out over a weekend, so I couldn’t find anyone that would come out to help. But thankfully, Franklin‘s HVAC picked up their phone and saved the day! They immediately came, quoted an extremely reasonable number, and didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. From now on, Franklin’s HVAC will be my first and only call!!!

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon so I called WEC and they sent Wilson right over. He was professional and friendly, and he answered all my questions and explained all my options. Due to supply chain issues, AC parts are few and far between. Jackie at WEC was able to find me a new unit in Tally and got it just before the supplier closed on Friday afternoon. The WEC installers arrived on Monday morning and got right to work. By 11:00 am I had a brand new AC system and it was running smoothly. Cory and the other installers were professional, friendly and thorough. I am very glad I went with WEC, and I highly recommend them!

Just thought you might like the rest of the story sent to BBB. W.E.C. Heating & A/C are horrible. I hate to say that and have never said that before about any other company. We had them replace our heating and A/C equipment three years ago when we bought the house because we wanted that to not be an issue for us in the future. You expect that to last at least 7 years. They came out every 6 months to replace the filters. Once the freon went low so they sent someone out and he said the connector hadn't been sealed properly. He refilled the freon and didn't charge us. Then around two months later the A/C began to not keep the house cool so they came back out, replaced the freon and checked everything else. We were then advised that the dampers were bad, no one knows where that came from, except the thermostats were all setting their own temperatures regardless of what we set. So now we are down to freon leak, dampers bad and all need to be replaced, and something in the A/C needed to be replaced (it was totally covered with ice when the agent took the panel off and it took him quit a bit of time to get all the ice off???). Now this is simply out of control. So I called them to see if a manager could come out and talk to me about it to get this all straightened out. The person I was talking to I found out later, was a/the "manager" that kept interrupting me and would not even let me finish a sentence. That didn't go well. I'm a retired USAF officer with 21.5 years in the service and flew for a major airline for 37 years all over the world. I don't allow people to bully me. When I called her today she said they were going to "dump" us as customers. I hope the warranties are good with the new company we need to get involved in this. I have owned 9 houses, I'm 75 years old and I've NEVER had this kind of bad experience, EVER!

Logan was quick to respond on the weekend to come out and repair my air conditioner. Thank you for quickly helping us beat the Florida heat!

I highly recommend WEC Heating and Air Conditioning. They were very professional and responsive when my system went out. Darren came out and made sure the process was seamless from start to finish.

The technician came out pretty quickly when I called today around 9AM, the technician Logan was really great! He figured out the problem rather quickly and fixed everything up within 20 minutes. Thank you guys so much!
