Miguel is very professional and explained everything to us. He did his job and was very polite. This company would be the only service we will use from now on.

My AC stopped working in the middle of summer heat. Not only did they help get someone out to fix it same-day, when the problem was not initially resolved, their technician Miguel came out after-hours to make sure my unit was fixed. Their receptionist is also very charming and understanding!

Sterling Service has been there for us whenever we had an issue with our AC. We have an old Carrier unit that developed a knocking sound recently. I called Roger and he remembered us from several years ago when a tree limb fell on one of our electrical lines, cutting off power to the AC unit when we were out of town. I explained the current issue we were having and he sent out a tech the very next business day. Our tech Tirell was courteous and professional. He identified the underlying cause and fixed it completely. Several days have gone by and the sound is completely gone. I highly recommend this service because they care about their customers and do good work that you can trust.

Miguel was very professionsl and friendly. He explained thoroughly what he did and a concern he had about a capacitor and we decided to replace it before it caused problems.
In addition, we are very happy with Sterlings' personal attention in getting our appointments set up in a timely fashion. We received an email prior to Miguel's arrival with a picture of him so we had no worries about who was at our door.
Sterling has a very reasonable pricing structure also. We now pay half of what we were paying for a well known competitor. We are very pleased and recommend them to all our friends.

After decision on what I would done, Miguel got right to work, periodically stopping to advise of his findings.

Tirell and Miguel came today to install a Samsung Mini split. First and foremost they were business like and polite and so far our new unit is working fine. Cleanup was very good. My only regrets were that they were not armed with information leading to user documentation. This and an explanation regarding warranty registration. They simply may not have been armed with that information. All in all, Tirell and Miguel are welcome to our home for any future installations.

Sterling Service of Florida definitely came in clutch with both how quickly they were able to schedule me for an appointment (same day, within hours), as well as the knowledgeable service tech (Tristan) that visited. Although no parts were needed for my specific issue, Tristian possessed a wealth of knowledge from Nest thermostats to HVAC system wiring that saved me time, money, and additional appointments. I’m very thankful for him coming out to repair my two A/C units as well as the information he shared and talked me through. I’d surely recommend the company for those wondering.
