We have used WEC two times since moving to Tallahassee, both times they were reliable, came out for service quickly and were very professional. In the heat of summer, we had an AC scare and Logan P. came out on a weekend and made the repairs quickly and responsibly, thank you WEC!

Came home to a leaky HVAC system late on Saturday evening. Sunday morning, Logan came out within 30 minutes of being called and went above and beyond with fixing my HVAC. Highly recommend!

Logan was great. Super friendly! Great customer service. Made sure I had no questions. Even went the extra mile to see if he could find me a new ac filter. He was superb!

The office was great about scheduling my maintenance visit and communicated well with me. Hunter and Mikey came and were very professional and friendly. They explained my system and exactly what they did. Hunter went above and beyond and helped with an issue I was having with my golf cart. Great company!

My experience with WEC was great. They were very prompt in coming out to assess my A/C issue. Logan and Mike were my technicians and were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. After pin pointing my problem, the guys explained my options and offered some advice and discussed the costs up front. They were also respectful of my home by being conscious of wiping their feet and not making a mess, which I greatly appreciated. Without pressure, they also offered advice on a new unit (since the one I have is a dinosaur), without being overly aggressive. Before leaving, Logan and Mike thanked me for my business. I truly appreciate their pleasant personalities and their promptness.

Kendall & Eli cam to our house yesterday for scheduled maintenance; both were very polite, got right to work, and finished quickly. And I spoke with Ali on the phone about what is included with our currant coverage and what our options are - she was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions.

Amazing service! I called the office this morning with an issue and they were out here within a few hours to help. Logan and Mike were both very professional and explained everything to me and helped explain prevention for this issue for the future. Amazing company!

Came home at the end of the day, thinking about dinner and comfy clothes, and just before I stepped into the house from the garage, I felt a drip on my back. Looked up to find 3 foot saturated ceiling area that's dripping! In the attic, I find the spot of the AC that's saturated and leaking down, through the garage ceiling! Really???

At 4:00 PM I'm calling WEC, thinking of horrible possibilities, resulting in no AC until tomorrow. However, in NO time Ms. Marilyn answered, took the info and was calling a technician (Ms. Marilyn has always been Outstanding in her position!). 5 minutes later she's calling me back. Technician is on the way!

Maybe 15/20 minutes later, Logan is smiling at our front door. Filled him in and he's off to figure out the issue. As Logan has done before, after thoroughly checking things out, he finds and resolves the issue. AC is back on and we're good to go.

Amazing! 1.5 hours later, our evening can begin. That's all it took, from my initial problem call to Logan driving away!

We have used WEC for over 20 years and always come back. Our technician, Randy, is prompt, professional, and personable. He goes straight to work to perform maintenance or repairs and makes sure to inform the homeowner about their unit, and what is in working order and what was in need of repair He is kind and considerate. He also pays attention to details!! Rather than leaving the hose on the ground, he traces it to where the homeowner keeps it and returns it to its’ proper place. Things like that make a difference. Excellent work and customer service are on the top of Randy’s mind.

I've dealt with many AC contactors in my business setting and my personal setting, which includes multiple family households. Sterling is the best. They are, by far, my favorite contractor to do business with, and I deal with multiple business's, around a dozen month in a variety of housing and construction related upgrades and repairs. Sterling, Roger and company are simply outstanding. Check them out if you want quality service, Cordial and PROFESSIONAL. I've been in new construction, remodel, repair business for over 40 years...my job was to spot the best ones.

Great experience with Sterling. Tirell was an excellent technician who was thorough, and he worked quickly to replace the condenser fan/blower motor. It was a fair price and wonderful service.
