Sterling has done a few things around our home since we moved here in 2021. The service has always been exceptional. Today we had a new home hvac system installed and Miguel & Tirell were polite, very professional, worked cleanly & efficiently. They made sure we didn’t have any questions before leaving & were respectful of our home. There is no question we will use and recommend Sterling again and again!

We were set up with Sterling through our home warranty, and I'm so glad we were!! Tirell came out same day to look at our system. We wound up needing a while new a/c, inside and out! Sterling made it so seamless dealing with the warranty company. Tirell and Miguel came back and installed everything. They were very nice and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am so happy with the quality of work! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!

They went above and beyond to make sure my home stayed clean during the entire process — they laid down carpet protection and were incredibly careful while removing the old system and installing the new one.

They were friendly, courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s not every day you get a team that clearly cares about the customer’s home and comfort, but Miguel and Tirell definitely do.

I purchased a new heat pump from Sterling Service of FL and couldn’t be happier! From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. I got several estimates to replace my old unit and Sterling was the most informative, communicative, and responsive. Tristan came to provide the estimate and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. Once I chose Sterling, they quickly scheduled the install and kept me updated.
