Kashif was our service technician for the annual a/c maintenance. Not only was he personable, he was very informative and trouble shooted that we had ductwork that had detached from vents. He took pictures of the problems and promptly made necessary repairs. Looks like we have been air conditioning and heating the attic! We certainly will request him for our future service calls. He’s is certainly a 5 star technician.

He did a full inspection and tune-up of both HVAC units and answered my questions regarding alerts I was getting about my system. The power went out in the neighborhood while he was here and he suggested installing surge protectors so that the more expensive components of the system wouldn't get damaged when the power was restored. I wasn't aware that power surges such as the power suddenly going off and on again could damage HVAC components, some of which are very expensive to replace. I really appreciate the extra time and effort Kashif put into this routine inspection/tune-up and that he had everything he needed to do the work with him. Again, GREAT JOB 👍

Big thanks to Kashif for coming out today and servicing our Heat & Air Unit. He took time advise me on the status of the unit and set the thermostat for us. Give that man a big raise. His customer service is spot on. I know great customer service when
I receive it. He programmed the thermostat for us that takes a doctorate degree if you ask me. Ten out of Ten, I recommend. Thank E & B for hiring Kashif.

Called three places in town for a quote on a new AC unit after the one at the house I just bought crapped out on me. Not only did Archie give me a quality system and solid advice, he also did so at nearly 3k cheaper than anywhere else in town that I talked to! Once the new unit arrived, their great installation team was able to get me up and running on the same day. I highly recommend E&B Heating and Air Conditioning!
