Abraham with Keith Lawson Services was great! We were able to get same day service, and even though it was poring down rain and his last call of the day, Abraham was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He resolved the AC problems and got our unit up and running--a big deal in the 98-degree summer heat!

It was very quick. The lead person and his assistant were awesome professionals. They carefully prepared the path to transport the huge gas water heater, placed it on their wheeled carrier, carefully weaved their way to the stairs, and down to and through the front door.

They were very strong, but consummate gentlemen.

A technician came out to assess the situation we were having. Told management that they would be in touch with an estimate for repair and maintenance. We didn't hear back from the company, and after a few business days, we followed up, they informed us that they were waiting for management approval on the estimate. Then after a few more business days we still heard nothing from them. We went with Benson's after that. They gave us same day service for repair, and two days later came for an estimate for quarterly maintenance. Would not recommend Keith Lawson to anyone with HVAC issues.

Victor Garcia performed the winter check/maintenance of my HVAC. He was courteous, professional and told me exactly what he would do and then when finished let me know everything that he did. Great service!

I'm very happy w the service provided by Keith Lawson Services. I needed a higher toilet in our master bath bc of my husband's bad knees and mobility issues. They sent a rep out to see what we needed. I explained I wanted something nice and what he picked and installed is perfect. It's 19.5" high ADA and should be a big help.

Wonderful quick efficient service. Called three plumbers to see who would get here first. Keith Lawson Services responded very respectfully from the first call. And the service person Johnny G was stellar in answering questions and getting it done. I will call again for other services in need. This time was it was a hot water tank replaced but I would expect whatever service I need with plumbing Johnny G would be awesome at it. Thank you for the positive experience for a negative happenstance.

Abraham was an awesome technician. I had him install a soft start and he was able to knock it out Post haste! I highly urge you want to look into this upgrade definitely amazing option living in Northwest Florida where we sell them get hurricanes but when we do you wanna make sure that you’re back up and running!
