I have used them on several projects now and i have to say that they are the best Sub I’ve worked with. Extremely fair, very responsive, go above and beyond and generally a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly.

We called E&B for estimate to move a couple vents. Archie Chambers showed up on time. I told him we needed two vents moved. Because air was coming down on my wife who needs warmth and not on me who likes cold!
Archie explained we needed only to adjust vents. Showed us how to adjust vents to direct air towards area where I sit. And away from where my wife sits at dinning table.
It would have cost about $1000 to move both vents. They could have moved vents and made some money. Archie decided that he would do the honest thing and give us a different choice.

E&B is a cutomer oriented business. Always does excellent work for us.
Highly recommend them for any heating or cooling job you need. I rate them and their staff as an A+.

I was out of town for a few days and when I returned home I noticed that the air wasn’t cooling the house. The next day I didn’t feel any air at all and noticed there was ice forming around the outside pipe and the pipe to the unit in the garage. There was water on the wall under the unit and on the floor of the garage. ( not a lot) but it was concerning. I’d call someone to come out to look at it, and was promised that he’d be out the same day. After 2 days of waiting the guy nevertheless showed. So, my mom contacted E&B Heating and Air because she’d used them before. Needless to say the technician came later that same day. I was so relieved to finally have someone come out. Sean was very nice, answered all of my questions regarding my unit. He took his time to diagnose and figure out the problem, which he concluded to debris stuck in the line to the cooling system. Once the debris was cleaned from the line, Sean stated that I was low on refrigerant; which he added. I am so happy to have air again and a satisfied customer. I will definitely do business again with this company. Love their professionalism and knowledge of the HVAC system.

Working with E&B was a pleasure to get my AC system replaced. I had a service contract with another company when my old system went out. They provided me a quote via email after calling a couple times to ask for it and then didn’t take the time to call and go through it. I also got a quote from another reputable company in town. They did spend some time to explain it but it was clear they were a salesperson and not someone with deep knowledge of AC systems. Archie at E&B was extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time to answer my questions. On top of that they were about $2k less than one of the quotes for the same system (in fact they even provided a 1 ton larger air handler to improve efficiency). They came out and had the install done in less than a week. They did a great job and I really appreciated the personal touch they provided.

AC went out after hours. We got quick response from E&B. Used them for eleven years. Never an issue. Kashif, most professional. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Great company representative.

I went to two other AC companies to fix a leak on my air handler. The first one charged me $500 to give me a wrong diagnosis, the second one gave me another wrong diagnosis for cheaper, and both told me the only solution was to buy an entire new unit for $7000.
When Sean (I hope I spelled his name right) came over, he figured out under 30 minutes that my problem was simply due to my air dams and fixed it up on the spot. I wish I could say more but his work was so straightforward and efficient that all I'm left with is a lot of gratitude for him and the E&B team.
My takeaway for anyone reading this: Do not hire an AC company just because they have 1300 reviews with 5 stars on google. Paid reviews are easy to come by, but quality and honest work is rare, and the guys at E&B are definitely the real deal.

Kashif came today to service my unit, and he was so personable and pleasant! He also was knowledgeable about all the services offered and provided me with additional coupons for duct cleaning in the future. I have been using E&B for many years and have always been happy with their services, and their technicians, including Kashif!

CLOGGED AC DRAIN LINE. E&B sent Bailey out to deal with it. He spent a ton of time in the attic and outside in terrible heat to resolved the problem. We at one point discussed putting in a new drain line but he kept and it and got it unclogged. The stuff that came out was unreal. But he didn't stop, he kept going to make sure the line was clean as possible. Impressed with his knowledge, skills and work ethic.

They are absolutely hands-down, the best in the business 👍 been taking care of me and my family for over a decade and nothing’s changed still 110% on quality and service! Down to earth people and very knowledgeable!!! Thank you E&B

What a journey it is to quote a HVAC system, not only that but to make sure you have a quality product as well as get a company that is reliable, trustworthy and priced fairly. Well I can say I quoted lots of companies and compared the best product for the money. Indeed E&B delivered, initially it was very close between this company and another. I clarified some questions and got to speak with the owner, what an amazing experience, the thorough of his explanations as well as the kindness that could be heard from his communication. I could not only see in the numbers and the quality of product but on the foundation this company was built, it felt like speaking with a family member that was obviously running a business but one with integrity making sure we both win. Everyone that I spoke with was great, communication throughout the whole process excellent. Installers very thorough and professional as well as fast, they also helped with temp units while they replaced the system. They offer two years of service with installation. Quote around and talk to them give them an opportunity to match if not the lowest you will not regret as you will feel peace of mind and that you have a strong team of partners to count on. Kashif was kind thorough and communicated what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He turned off the gas because he confirmed we had a gas leak. He made a point to come back out the next day to complete the work that needed to be done. He came in and checked to make sure he couldn’t smell any gas in the house and that our heat was functioning properly. He played a little soccer with my son. And my kids gave him a Coca-cola when he left. Kashif is a great catch a stand up man and a really good technician. With the temperatures dropping this evening it was a relief he was able to get our heat back on. Thank you Kashif.
