Excellent technician. Not so good scheduling. Missed first appointment completely and had to be phoned about second scheduled appt - arrived only minutes before end of "window". "Double booked" first one. Held a technicians' meeting at same time as my scheduled second one. Not fair to the technicians, not fair to the customer.

Wonderful experience! Had a hot water heater put in. Jesse did a fantastic job. You could tell he KNEW what he was doing. I will call on Keith Lawson services again if I ever need them. I would recommend them to everyone, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thank you Jessie for the excellent job.

If you have a electric tankless water heater beware they do not service those. I made sure that I told the rep on the phone what I was needing and that I had a electric tankless water heater and nothing was ever communicated to me about they do not service those. Our problem wasn't fixed with the first tech that came to our house so I had to call back again. They sent someone else again and that is when I learned they do not service eIectric tankless water heater and I called and spoke with CSR supervisor Tami who I addressed this concern with. Tami escalated it and next day told me I would be receiving a refund and that they process refunds once a week. I have not received my refund yet and it has been 28 days. I have called multiple times with no clear answer as to when I'll get a refund.

Heber Lopez and his crew arrived, performed the scheduled maintenance, quick and efficient, and departed. What more can you ask for. They were friendly and made sure that I understood what they tested and the results were. No problems with the system. All is good.

I contacted Keith Lawson Services to see if they would be able to help me update two simple bathrooms. I chose them because they are a local, reputable family business located in my area. Tim Colvin arrived on time as promised to view the bathrooms and discuss the updates. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my ideas and concerns. One of the few firms offering weekend plumbing service in Tallahassee. Called to repair leak in main water line to my house. Response was fast, both from dispatcher and technician. Technician was professional, courteous, efficient, and gave helpful explanations of the problem. Extremely satisfied with the service. Of course, price as hefty, but any after-hours plumbing will cost.

Jose was our serviceman and he is very professional and a wonderful asset to Keith Lawson Plumbing and AC. He explained the part needed for our AC unit and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Keith Lawson Company, as we have been customers for years.

I called Keith Lawson office early this morning for service on a hidden underground supply line leak that quadrupled my water bill last month. Technicians arrived promptly and had the repair completed by noon! Excellent service!

Today was red carpet maintenance day and renewal. Victor was punctual, professional and personable. He did not hesitate to answer my questions. He outlined everything he was going to do before he started. Before leaving he recapped to show that he completed everything he said he came to check. It was a pleasure meeting him.

Very disappointed in my recent experience with Keith Lawson. I called about a leaking pump tank pressure valve, and while they did come out the same day, the technician didn’t have the part and gave vague, confusing explanations about next steps. I was told they could get the part the following day, but the next morning the call center had no information, couldn’t reach the technician, and couldn’t schedule an appointment. I waited an hour for the “dispatcher” to follow up, only to be told again that nothing could be done. At that point I had to cut my losses, after paying for the initial visit, and move on to another company.

Thanks for your prompt service. Kayle the technician was prompt, professional and quick with the diagnostic. Leak under the sink behind the sheet rock. Price reasonable. And most importantly, the slow leak repaired which could have lead to bigger problems. I will call on this company again if needed.

Have been a KLS customer for many years. Appreciate the fast and efficient service. Joe Nelson came out today for our bi-annual inspection, and he is a great representative of the company. Signed up again for the Red Carpet Sevice, recommend it for peace of mind alone, at a fair and reasonable cost.

Donald is one of the best technicians our company has ever came across and one of the best as far as knowledge goes in the history of HVAC. His knowledge of AC and refrigeration is exceptional and he is always patient and doesn't make anyone feel rushed when a question is asked of him. We hired this company to come out and complete a series of disconnection and reconnection as we underwent a kitchen remodel.

First let me say, customer service matters more to me than the price of anything. The manager Tammy is the rudest, she yelled at me on the phone, was very condescending, and refused to escalate my concerns!

There were two times in which their technicians caused leaks while reconnecting the waterline potentially causing damage to the new cabinets we had just installed.

I called to get clarification on an invoice and was met with the utmost disrespect. The problem was that they had not sent me all of the invoices that I had paid and that should’ve been sent to me to retain for my records.

Once I asked to speak to someone else that could assist Tammy was adamant about not allowing me to do so. I told her that I felt that her and I were misunderstanding each other and that is why I would like to speak to someone else. She was hostile from the first point of contact.

In a nutshell, we will never use this company again on any property for any reason and will be sure to let our friends and family know of the poor customer service that we have endured.
